Location was excellent. Nice sized terrace area with the sun available most of the day. Beds were comfortable.

Lack of air con in bedrooms made it extremely hot and one of the ceiling fans broke mid stay so had to sleep in living room due to it being uncomfortable. The images on booking.com do no match as there were no sun loungers on the terrace but they are shown in pictures. Needs a little TLC as paintwork needs done and some modernisation. Shower wasn't very powerful and water temperature was hit or miss. Security deposit taken but as yet still not returned to my account.

The location was excellent. The layout of the flat was very comfortable, and well equipped with everything necessary.

It was very difficult to communicate, before we arrived I informed them we had elderly parents coming from Argentina who will arrive in the morning exhausted from the flight, and can we please check in early. I was told it would depend on when the previous tenants move out, and then I never heard back, even on the day and as we were arriving from the airport no one answered the phone or any emails or messages via booking. When we finally arrived no one was in the office and when they did arrive we still had to wait an hour until they sorted out the keys, so we only were able to enter the apartment at 4. There was some problem with coordination but even so communication was impossible, no one answered or even acknowledged our calls. Also the image used to advertise the flat didn’t match the reality, the terrace appeared to have some sun lounge chairs which were no longer available, they replaced the terrace furniture.
