Sitges Centre Mediterranean Apartment is a 5 bedroom/4 bathroom Deluxe apartment (sleeping up to 11 people) with 220 Square Metres of living space including the large 70 Sq. metre open terrace. The apartment is perfect for larger families and groups looking for a larger accommodation without sacrificing a CENTRAL location. This unique apartment (newly renovated in March 2016) features lounge chairs for sunbathing, gas BBQ, and ample seating for outdoor eating and relaxing. You simply can´t find this quality of home and large space in the centre of Sitges!
Moreover, for your complete comfort, we have spared no expenses! One of the 4 bathrooms is even equipped with both a large shower (with a fantastic rain forest shower head) as well as a bath tub. Even the quality of the mattresses and bed linens has been scrutinized to offer the maximum of comfort during your stay! The large open kitchen with the latest in state of the art appliances will surely surprise you and entice you to make great home-cooked meals!
Another one of the major advantages of this property is that everything is on the same floor, including the large open terrace, which is particularly attractive for guests with mobility issues or simply wishing to avoid stairs.
The apartment is also fully equipped with central A/C and heating ensuring the complete comfort of our guest any time of year they may visit!
Location: This home is ideally located right in the Centre of Sitges which is a major advantage from other properties. Typically, in the centre of town you can only find smaller apartments which often require you to divide your family/friends between different locations. On the other hand, if you look for a larger villa, you must be prepared move to the outskirts of the town and often a 15-20 minute car ride is required to reach the centre of Sitges as well as it´s beautiful beaches. With this property, you get the BEST OF BOTH WORLDS! You and your family/friends can enjoy a large, roomy apartment, while still enjoying the best of Sitges all in within footsteps of the property! If you don´t feel like renting a car, there is absolutely no need! That also helps saves on additional expenses and the daily coordination of activities is so much easier as you don´t have to worry about managing transportation. Everyone can just do their 'own' thing as everything you will need is literally next to the house (beaches, stores, restaurants, etc). Also, if you plan to commute to Barcelona centre, it couldn´t be easier! The train station is just a 2 minute walk and there is quick, convenient and direct train service to Barcelona every 20 minutes. The BEST of Sitges is literally at your doorstep!
Decoration: The apartment is very tastefully decorated in a country/French provincial style with modern amenities. Moreover, it has been completely renovated in 2016 so everything is NEW! There´s nothing more refreshing than staying in a newly-renovated home and enjoying the latest in modern technology. Moreover, our staff have an eye for 'detail' so you will clearly notice that nothing was spared to ensure total comfort during your stay!
For rental periods of 28 nights or more, a special reduced monthly discounted rate may be applied to your reservation. In this case, utilities (electricity, water and gas) are NOT included in the published rental price and guests will be charged separately. A checkout cleaning will automatically be added to the final price.
Moreover, an additional cleaning service will be provided for each additional 30-day period at a charge of 95€ per service and must be paid by the guest. This monthly cleaning service is mandatory to ensure that the apartment is always properly cleaned and maintained.
Pets are allowed (maximum one large dog or two small dogs/cats) for an additional charge of 150€ per pet/month (maximum 300€ per pet/stay).
For stays of more than 32 nights, an additional Seasonal Rental Contract must be signed as required by local regulations (Law 11/2025 of the Generalitat de Catalunya), and the security deposit may be increased to cover the longer period of stay.

Our group of 9 had a great time in Sitges, and this apartment was very nice. Large, clean, well-appointed. Check-in required watching some videos to see how to get the keys but it was pretty easy. Apartment is well-located, just on the edge of the main part of the town. Minor gripes: WiFi and A/C were a little weak in the bedrooms facing the street; and we only got 2 sets of keys for 5 bedrooms worth of guests, so that required some logistical work. But overall very positive experience and I very much recommend it if you have a large group.

Beautiful property, right in the center of Sitges. Was 150 yards from the bus stop for the airport bus, direct! We walked everywhere from the property as location was very convenient. Loved our stay and we don’t always say that when traveling with four youths all <24.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment with 2 of our children (ages 12 & 18) and another family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children ages 7 & 12). The apartment was spacious and clean and Paul and Barbara were very helpful and responsive to our questions. They also made check in and check out very easy. It was a very quick, convenient walk from the apartment to the train and we loved being a short walk away from cafes, restaurants, shopping and the beach.
