Perfect location. Especially for families as it is on a quiet street. Right between San Sebastián beach and Fragata beach. A stones throw away from the church and a quick walk right into town. Cute balcony, good sized bedrooms and a kitchen that we used more than expected.

The only thing we didn’t have were beach towels which maybe was not included but the apartment had everything else including beach chairs and umbrellas.

The administration eventually all worked out but was patchy. The location cannot be accessed by taxi, the price you pay for quaint tiny roads. There were scant pantry items; flour, tea, some spices and herbs all would be nice for a short trip.

Location is good, very close to the beach and to the city centre. Quiet street.

The flat is old, it has not been properly renovated. Only the kitchen has been re-quipped with modern Bosch appliances, the rest remains an "old granny's house" type of a flat. The whole flat is filled with loads of useless decorations (faux sea shells, artificial flowers, vases, straw baskets and hats), but is uncomfortable to live in. The living room is in fact a kitchen, where you can barely cook, because there is no space. There is no air conditioning in any of the bedrooms. Beware, official photos are deceptive. Not a good value for money.
