Location,location,location !

There were only a few things that could be done and it would not cost a lot of money ! 1. No chair or stool in the bedrooms to leave one’s cloths at night time ! 2. There were no towel rails in the bathrooms or hooks on the doors to hang a wet towels ! I had to put the wet towels on the back of the chairs in the living room to let them dry ! 3. The quality of the duvets and all the bed linen needs to be replaced, as they really have seen betters days !

EL departamento es espacioso y limpio. La experiencia del check in y check out fue buena. La limpieza es correcta y la ubicacion es muy buena.

La comunicación es lenta y no clara. Nunca responden los mensajes al menos que se insista. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con las persianas que fue solucionado de inmediato, pero entraron al piso sin permiso y sin avisar. Esto ya ha sido reportado por otros usuarios en los comentarios. Si bien todo salio bien, fue una sensación rara saber que alguien estuvo en el piso durante nuestra ausencia. Si tan solo avisaran que iran a arreglar algo, pues ordenaríamos los objetos de valor.

We paid 40 euro more for check-in after 22.00. In addition, they blocked a credit card. It took time to release the amont. Contact with owner is extremely difficult! We wrote messages 1 week before arrival and received an answer 4 days after departure ..... In the description in Booking, it says that there is a hydromassage bath /jacuzzi - there is NO such thing! There is no outdoor dining area as described in the Booking. There is a coffee machine and capsules that do NOT fit the same machine! No coffee, tea, sugar. No shampoo, soap, shower gel. We found shampoo left by previous guests. The pillows are low, uncomfortable and there are no extra ones. We received a message from the owner with instructions on how to clean the apartment!!! In general, we are always very protective of hotels and this surprised us.
