Apartment Parc del Mar is a sun-soaked retreat nestled in one of Sitges’ most exclusive beachfront communities. Set within beautifully landscaped gardens, this stylish four-bedroom apartment makes the most of its prime location with access to four shared swimming pools, leafy walkways, and quiet corners to unwind. Inside, the first-floor apartment is bright and inviting, with a relaxed open-plan layout and tasteful décor throughout.
Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished and air-conditioned, with three opening onto the wide terraces that wrap around the property. The master suite comes with a walk-in wardrobe and large en-suite, while the twin rooms are ideal for children or friends sharing. The kitchen is well-equipped, perfect for easy holiday meals, while the dining and lounge areas are made for slow evenings after a day at the beach.
Outside, two generous terraces and wrap around balcony overlook either the manicured pool garden or the Terramar Golf Course, offering a choice of views and settings for morning coffee or dinner al fresco. The Property is supplied with 1 set of bed linen and towels per guest (1 shower and 1 hand towel and where applicable 1 pool towel) at no additional charge, unless otherwise specified. Additional changes may be requested at the following rates:
- €15 per single bed set;
- €25 per double bed set;
- €10 per towel set;
A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies.
Requests for additional linen or towels will be delivered the following day, subject to availability. Please note that extra linen will be delivered, but beds will not be changed. If guests wish to have the linen changed, a minimum of 3 hours of cleaning service must be booked.
On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €50 per pet will apply, payable to with the balance payment. Please enquire during the booking process. The apartment was amazing. Really big. Each bedroom was leading out onto a balcony. The master bedroom had a big bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. There were 2 further bathrooms. The apartment has a massive balcony overlooking the pool, which was great. Another balcony on the opposite of the apartment. There is a little supermarket at the hotel next door with essentials. 2 min walk. The first family beach with beach bar is ca. 5 mins away and then one great beach after another. Walking into the town centre along the promenade takes ca. 25 mins. There is a little train going up and down the promenade but although there is a time table (every 30 mins) it is very hit and miss when it arrives.
