Villa Sitges La Calma is located at the entrance of the Garraf Natural Park, offering peace and quiet along with beautiful walking paths. It is also just 10 minutes from Sitges, with its stunning beaches and vibrant atmosphere, including restaurants, golf, harbor, shops, and charming old town.

HOW TO BOOK:

We recommend booking from Saturday to Saturday, with stays between 3 and 7 days. If you wish to book a stay that overlaps different weekdays, feel free to contact us to discuss rates and availability.
LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS:
Villa Sitges La Calma is located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood with stunning views of Garraf Park. It is just a 10-minute drive from Sitges.
Set on a hillside with beautiful mountain views and a respectful, discreet neighborhood, this area is a true haven of tranquility.
We recommend having a car for more convenient and faster travel.
You can find supermarkets, fresh produce, restaurants, and bars in Sant Pere de Ribes (5 minutes by car from the villa).
The villa is only a 10-minute drive from the center and beaches of Sitges.
THE ACCOMMODATION:
The house is situated in a coastal and residential area. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all on one level, with 3 bedrooms accessed by 6 steps.
The property offers great privacy, a beautiful gravel garden with trees, and a large swimming pool. There are 8 sun loungers for relaxing in the sun, and a chill-out area for 8 people in the garden.
A large BBQ allows for outdoor meals, with an exterior dining table under a porch.
VILLA EXTERIOR:
The villa has a private pool (4x8 meters, 0.5 to 1.4 meters deep) in a lovely gravel and tree-filled garden with sun loungers.
There is also a children's play area with a swing, slide, and play space.
A barbecue area and outdoor dining table are also available, as well as an outdoor lounge area.
There are 3 private gated parking spaces available.

Two-story villa with living room equipped with air conditioning, TV, and electric fireplace. Dining room with air conditioning, satellite TV, and cable TV.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Laundry room with washer and dryer.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped with electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and hot/cold water dispenser.
There is also a breakfast table in the kitchen.

We offer monthly rates in low season (November to March) for stays from 1 to 5 months. Ask us for details!

We had a lovely stay at the villa, however when we booked the villa it did say it was a 3 minute walk to the beach. A clear error. The 10 minute car journey is more like 15 and there is absolutely nothing in walking distance from the villa that we saw.The photos show the villa at its best, but the maintenance of it has meant that it does not live up to its billing!Loose handle on doors (fridge handle came off), broken sofa and chair, crockery a bit all over the place, no water to pool shower or bbq tap, cushions on outdoor furniture in poor condition, a few dangerous divots in the artificial grass, shower in the main bathroom slippery with a dangerous step down, towels were not very nice, bbq was very dirty as was the freezer drawers.Maintenance man did come but a day later than promised.There was hardly anything in the apartment. Very little cleaning products, no bathroom products (shower gel), very little toilet paper for a villa for 8 people. No tea towels.A welcome pack would have been nice and something many other places provide. For example some fruit, wine, cold beers and snacks would have been well received on arrival and would cost very little to put together.Address came through very late. Would have been much better to have received this before setting off.Nice property in need of greater attention to detail and given a bit more care if it was to accurately reflect the images provided.

The villa was great, we went from Belgium to Sitges and chose the villa Calma. The villa was very big and comfortable, we enjoyed our stay and the communication with Maria from VRBO was perfect! Thanks a lot

Lovely house and lovely outdoor space for a retreat with friends and family. You will have all you need to rest and enjoy a short break from daily life.
The swimming pool and outdoor space is great for kids, bbq space is also a big plus
