Friendliness of check-in and cleaning staff. Size of the one bedroom apartment was very good for myself and my three children, and kitchen and bathroom were well equipped and modern. Communal facilities were kept very clean and it never felt too busy. A highlight is definitely the proximity to the beach.

We liked the pool and the ambience of the property. The other guests were nice and friendly. The WIFI and the AC were strong. The apartment was comfortable due to the amount of space. The apartment was also very close to the beach - You could reach the beach within a 3min walk. Our driver Juan was very friendly and we had a great time socializing with him.
Our door was broken - we had difficulties closing the door and we couldn't use the password on the number pad, it was card only. We also had a difficult time turning off the TV - The On-/Off-Button was persumably broken. One TV's Youtube App wasn't working. Some bed sheets had stains. One of our rooms was dusty. The website advertised the rented bikes as free and didn't mention anything about a deposit, although you have to pay a 60€ deposit per bike.
