De ligging, dichtbij centrum, leuke winkels en restaurants, het fijne grote zwembad, de ligweide (gras) en het balkon met mooi uitzicht, airconditioning, wasmachine en vriendelijke mensen.
Geen vaatwasser ;)

El lugar espectacular, el sistema de recogida de llave e ingreso habria que mejorarlo como asi tambien el de la entrega de las llaves y sobre todio del control remoto de la cochera

Excelent ubicació a 6 min de la platja Ribera. Comunitat molt ben cuidada i amb un ampli parking. El pis molt acollidor. Hem estat molt bé.

Location to walk around is good. Also good to have available parking lot.

Good explanation how to reach apartment.
Flat is equipped but too old stuff and it is a bit tricky if you want to cook something.
A lot of dust under furniture from past and some old and crashed mirrors, pieces of furniture etc.
Bed linen is small.
The owner stopped responding after I paid a little more than what was supposed to be, nonsense but unpleasant.
