The pool was very nice after a hot day walking around the city
The Internet was nonexistent.
Also no soap, no shampoo, no dishwasher soap, no Coffee, etc…

We always stay at the Tara- we have been around 6 times. It is very basic accommodation - but it has everything you need (apart from a hairdryer!). It even has an iron but no ironing board. It is quite run down and needs a “do-up” - painting the entrance and stairs especially. But that never bothers us.
We met the cleaning ladies once and they were so lovely. A request for extra pillows was granted within 30 minutes! The bedding was changed after 5 days and fresh towels provided. The apartment is air conditioned so it was lovely and cool throughout. It is a nice quiet location.
We always get an apartment with a pool view. We like to breakfast on the balcony and read novels there. The sun comes around at about 10am and stays on the balcony all day. It is in a good location as it’s a 10 minute walk from the town centre and a 10 minute walk to the beach front. This time a new beach bar nearby had opened up so we didn’t have far to go for a nice Sangria and a snack. The beaches nearby are amazing. Lovely white sands.
It needs maintenance- entrance and stairs need painting. Apartment needs a basic up-date. A larger king size bed would be amazing.
