This private, single-family home is located right in the Centre of Sitges which is a major advantage from other properties. Typically, in the centre of town you can only find smaller apartments which often require you to divide your family/friends between different locations. Moreover, apartments can never offer you the same level of intimacy as a private home. On the other hand, if you look for a larger villa, you must be prepared move to the outskirts of the town and often a 15-20 minute car ride is required to reach the centre of Sitges as well as it´s beautiful beaches. With this property, you get the BEST OF BOTH WORLDS! You and your family/friends can enjoy the privacy of a single family home while still enjoying the best of Sitges all in 3-5 minute WALKING DISTANCE! If you don´t feel like renting a car, there is absolutely no need! That also helps saves on additional expenses and the daily coordination of activities is so much easier as you don´t have to worry about managing transportation. Everyone can just do their 'own' thing. Everything you will need is within footsteps of the house (beaches, stores, restaurants, etc). Also, if you plan to commute to Barcelona centre, it couldn´t be easier! The train station is just a 3-5 minute walk and there is quick, convenient and direct train service to Barcelona every 20 minutes. The BEST of Sitges is literally at your doorstep!
The house is very tastefully decorated in a country/French provincial style. Moreover, it has been completely renovated so everything is NEW! There´s nothing more refreshing than staying in a newly-renovated home and enjoying the latest in modern technology and amenities. For your complete comfort, we have spared no expenses! From the lush Italian leather sofas in the living room to the large 70' LED Smart TV to enjoy a full Home Cinema experience, you will clearly notice the difference! Even the quality of the mattresses and bed linens has been scrutinized to offer the maximum of comfort during your stay! The large kitchen with the latest in state of the art appliances will surely surprise you and entice you to make great home-cooked meals!
The house enjoys a generous 180 Sq. metres (1800 Sq. Feet) of space. On the ground floor you will find a large separate kitchen, a bright spacious living room with ample seating, an exterior porch/terrace off the living room with a large BBQ to enjoy outside dining, and a convenient guest bathroom. On the first floor, there are 4 well distributed double bedrooms (sleeping up to 10 people comfortably) enjoying wonderful natural lighting (one of the bedrooms can be configured with a double bed or two single beds according to your needs). Two of the bedrooms have balconies which look on to the street and the other two have access to a beautiful conservatory which offers an additional double sofa bed . There are two full bathrooms with showers for use between the four bedrooms. The third floor has a beautiful, private 50 M2 rooftop terrace . The house is also fully equipped with central A/C and heating ensuring the complete comfort of our guest of anytime of year they visit!
For rental periods of 28 nights or more, a special reduced monthly discounted rate may be applied to your reservation. In this case, utilities (electricity, water and gas) are NOT included in the published rental price and guests will be charged separately. A checkout cleaning will automatically be added to the final price.
Moreover, an additional cleaning service will be provided for each additional 30-day period at a charge of 95€ per service and must be paid by the guest. This monthly cleaning service is mandatory to ensure that the apartment is always properly cleaned and maintained.
Pets are allowed (maximum one large dog or two small dogs/cats) for an additional charge of 350€ per pet/month (maximum 500€ per pet/stay).
For stays of more than 32 nights, an additional Seasonal Rental Contract must be signed as required by local regulations (Law 11/2025 of the Generalitat de Catalunya), and the security deposit may be increased to cover the longer period of stay.

First time in Sitges. Place was clean and as described. Most rooms with bathrooms which is great. Would recommend.

Overall it was a nice stay, very roomy and comfortable, you should be truthful about the bathrooms though, was led to believe all the bathrooms were inside the conditioned spaces but they weren't. One and a half bathrooms were outside the living area meaning there was no conditioned air venting them, the women in the group were not pleased. Finding the key was like finding a needle in a haystack, I'm sure there's a more convenient location for a lockbox!

My family and I (3 young adults, my husband and I) stayed at this wonderful home for 10 days. It could not have been better. It was great to have a home base for quick travel to Barcelona and a beach place at Sitges. It is an 8 minute walk to the railway station to Barcelona and the trains run every 15 minutes. The pictures on the website do not do this delightful house justice. The terrace and jacuzzi were great to enjoy at the end of the day. The kitchen and baths are the most modern and comfortable. The bedrooms and beds are great for a good nights sleep. Having a BBQ to grill dinner was terrific too and we made use of it, cutting down on dining costs. It was most helpful to have car service arranged by the owners for door-to-door service from the airport to the house. We also had the owners arrange car service for a day trip to Montserrat and the Torres Winery which was great fun. All in all, it was delightful and most comfortable place to vacation. Extremely convenient to the beach, stores and the city of Barcelona. We loved it and hope to visit again. Having been home a week, we wish we were back!
