Really good area, the interior looked exactly as the photos, it was clean and there was enough space for all of our guests, we traveled with 7 people.

There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property per se, however, the hot tub didn’t work during our stay so that was a little disappointing but nothing about the stay was bad. I would absolutely stay here again. Because the hot tub didn’t work they also allowed us a later checkout at no charge, that was super helpful Traveling with a senior citizen and children.

Location was walking distance to things in town. Building was secured.

Extremely disappointing stay. The property was seriously misrepresented, and the number of unresolved maintenance and cleanliness issues made the experience unacceptable. The unit was advertised and confirmed as having a spa, which was an important amenity when I made the booking. After payment and a week before the trip, I was informed that the spa was not working and had been unavailable for two months prior. I requested a discount because the advertised amenity was unavailable, but the request was denied. This was especially frustrating given that the spa was part of what I had paid for. The problems did not stop there: Wi-Fi was down for two days. I had to leave a restaurant, return to the property to let the technician in, and then wait for several hours while the issue was addressed. The espresso machine did not work. Insufficient supplies were provided for eight guests for an entire week. We were given only three trash bags and had to purchase additional supplies ourselves. Only seven towels were provided for eight guests. I actually had to take photographs to prove that there were not enough towels. No beach towels for a beach house. Visible mold was present on the top floor near the exhaust vents. Several guests subsequently developed respiratory symptoms during the stay. There was an active bathroom leak from the top floor into the floor below. I documented the leak on video and provided it to the owner. Given the ongoing water intrusion, this appeared to be a serious maintenance concern and potentially related to the mold issue. The property was advertised as having a sleeper sofa, yet no sheets or bedding were provided. The sofa is located in a sunroom with no ventilation, air conditioning, or windows, making it an extremely poor sleeping arrangement. I communicated these concerns directly to the owner and provided documentation, including photographs and videos. I was told they would get back to me, but I never heard from them again.
