Location is fine so easy to get there. The apartment is properly arranged and equipped. Convinient terrace.

Key issues: 1. Refund of security deposit (500 Euro) was returned in one week after a number of requests and reminders. The manager even responded that money were not withdrawn. After I sent a receipt confirming money withdrawal, money were returned today, in one week after our leaving. 2. Wrong information (geolocation and video of entrance and apartment) was sent to me prior arrival. So it took me a lot of time to veryfy information. Applied AI sent contradictory messages about that. 3. Too many requests for check out: take off garbage, take photo of two sets of key, close tightly terrrace door, etc 4. Request to close the entry door to the building without noise, which is not possible to do as the door is not properly arranged 5. In the process of booking, after we paid for apartment, a number of new requests were coming every next day from the manager: pay tourist tax, pay security deposit with worning that otherwise booking will be cancelled. It is much more convinient to disclose all information at once but not bother guests every day with new requests. 6. Terrace door without handle

Todo nuevo, tiene de todo, una gran terraza con toldos automáticos, muy cerca de la playa y de toda la zona de tiendas y bares. Además nos ofrecieron aparcamiento super cerca.

Un poco raro lo del horario de terraza, pero no nos afectó.

Horario de entrada y salida (muy apurado)
