Comfy but misleading information

The flat itself is very modern, warm and comfortable

30 minute walk across town with 35kg of luggage to check in/out, should have a local pick up solution like a lockbox. No full sized plates/bowls to eat from, unusual omission that the crockery was all quite small. Info packet mentions a robe and complimentary spa access among other benefits. THESE ARE NOT INCLUDED as they only count for the main hotel, this is not mentioned in the info packet. BATH UNSAFE as the base is slanted at one end. I slipped the first time I showered and thankfully did not injure myself. Poor wifi, regular drop outs, some devices won't connect at all. Definitely the accom used to state it had a sofa bed in the living room. Part of why I booked it. In the info packet you're instructed not to pull out the sofa to sleep on. Info packet states 11 check out, check out is 10 In all while this flat is nice, there are many specific issues and a lot of the information you're given upon check-in is misleading.

Great apartment for self catering, in the heart of Dobbiaco

We had the two bedroom apartment which was on the second (top) floor at the front of the building with a south facing balcony. (I think the smaller apartment is also on the second floor at the back of the building, whilst the larger apartment occupies the first floor). Balcony view largely restricted by surrounding buildings but being on the second floor, you can see the mountains over the roof tops. Very quiet at night. Only 100m from the church but the chimes stop at 10:00pm and start again at 7:00am. Wonderful central location, just a short walk to the village center. Large, spacious apartment with loads of storage space. Good kitchen, comfortable beds. Great to have a clothes washing machine. There is private parking for two cars outside the three Santer apartments. Free public parking for seven or so cars opposite the apartments. The main village car park is about 400m away.

The range of the internet service is rather poor. It fails to extend fully into the bedrooms or the balcony. Whilst the lighting in the bedrooms is fine, the main living area is rather dim. It just requires a couple of floor-standing lamps.
