Nice and clean apartment but be aware that there is no shower gel, washing gel or sponge.

The parking was in front of the house and the center was very close by walk.

There was no shower gel provided which was very surprising. Also there was no washing gel and sponge to clean the dishes. When we asked the host she just replied that we should buy it. That was not expected, it was nowhere mentioned in the description of the apartment. We have just rented a similar apartment on the other side of the Dolomites and they provided everything so this is not unusual. Also there was not that much place in the kitchen to store things for cooking.

Modern, comfortable and well equipped appartment, perfect if arriving on foot

Nice modern and well-equipped appartment with a good view of the mountains. Good location. Handy for the ski bus and in walking distance of the bus station. Useful ski room in basement. Plenty of storage. Kitchen area is compact but workable.

It was very warm even when we turned the heating down - we ended up sleeping with the window open.

Nice apartment

Perfect location to visit both Val Pusteria and Val di Landro. Quiet place with its own parking place, There is a good restaurant just 50 meters away (Gasthaus Weber). The apartment was bigger than we expected, with new equipment and comfortable floor heating. There is a nice view from balcony. The price at September was reasonable.

good location. rooms were clean. it was walking distance to grocery store.

the host was working on first floor in hair salon. we didnt feel she welcome us. we stayed two nights and got only one dish washer capsule. no soap, shampoo etc. because of construction right next to the building, it was noisy.

Location was perfect for us, as we were hiking for couple days quite near, many popular hikes in 20-30 minutes from apartment. Quite close (10 minutes by foot) there are several shops and nice places for dinner. Bedroom is very bright, from there you can go to private terrace. Wardrobe is present in bedroom. Apartment is clean and spacious for couple. Kitchen have all needed facilities.

The apartment was very clean. The view from the apartment is really amazing! Location is also convinient. Near the apartment are some shops, children playground, not so far (by car) are great hiking places.

There were no soap in the bathroom. And there was only 1 tablet for dishwasher machine. (we stayed for 4 nights)

Great apartment

The apartment is very modern and comfortable. Enough space for the 2 of us and the beds were good too. Close to Lago du Braies and Tre Cime is only 40 minutes. 300 meters from the apartment is a great bakery that opens very early.

Rodzinny wyjazd na narty.

Nowocześnie urządzony apartament w odnowionym budynku, z dużymi oknami i własnym ogródkiem. Wszystko zgodne z opisem - wyposażenie wystarczające do wygodnego pobytu przez tydzień. Do dyspozycji narciarnia. Ogrzewanie podłogowe oraz 1 tradycyjny grzejnik w łazience. Właściciele mieszkają w tym samym budynku, więc byli dostępni. Sklep spożywczy w odległości 5-10 minut spacerem. Miejsce parkingowe przy budynku.

Potwierdziła się część kwestii, na które narzekali inni goście w opiniach:- 1. Mimo, że dom jest na uboczu miasteczka, to mnie osobiście przeszkadzał w nocy i nad ranem hałas dochodzący z ulicy, szczególnie pługi odśnieżające ulice codziennie od 4 rano, które bardzo wyraźnie było słychać z sypialni i znacznie mniej z salonu. 2. Warto też nieco popracować nad czystością - w dwu z szaf znaleźliśmy warstwę kurzu, metki po czyichś ubraniach oraz puste opakowanie po ciastkach. 3. Faktycznie nie było płynu do mycia naczyń, ani mydła czy szamponu, ale na to już byliśmy przygotowani i mieliśmy swoje. 4. Jeden raz było czuć dym papierosowy w łazience (co również było wspomniane przez innych). 5. Warto też mieć rozgałęziacz lub przedłużacz, bo gniazdek elektrycznych w kuchni i salonie też jest faktycznie mało. Ogólnie obiekt oceniam bardzo dobrze, ale osobom wrażliwym polecam wziąć zatyczki do uszu, albo spać w salonie.

Cogimos el apartamento de dos dormitorios y dos baños. Apartamento nuevo, limpio, caliente y muy cómodo. Muy bien situado para ir a las Tres Cimas o al lago Braies.

Квартира просторная, чистая, тёплая. Пол с подогревом. Хозяйка помогла с информацией. Находится в 25 минутах от Мизурина, в 40 от платной парковки на 3 Вершины, в 30- 35 минутах от озера Брайес.

Душ быстро забивается. Нет мыла для рук, моющего средства для посуды, тряпки для кухни. Бумага в туалете очень тонкая.😄

Sehr gute Lage

Die Lage ist außerordentlich gut. Bus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants... alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Von Toblach aus ist alles in der Umgebung kostenlos und bequem mit Bus oder Bahn erreichbar per Südtirol Gästepass. Das Appartement bietet alles was man braucht. Alles sehr sauber. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Lage ist relativ ruhig. Sehr nette Gastgeberin!

Bon emplacement à Dobbiaco qui est un bon choix pour partir découvrir les environs en bus notamment et avec tous les services disponibles à quelques centaines de mètres à pied depuis le logement (boulangerie, supermarché, restaurants). Lave-linge disponible sur place. Hôte très aimable. Local à vélo.

On est réveillé tôt le matin par les voitures car le bâtiment est juste au bord de la route ce qui oblige à dormir avec des bouchons d'oreilles malgré le double vitrage. L'appartement étant situé au rez-de-chaussée comme le salon de coiffure qui se trouve juste à côté, on sent les odeurs de cigarettes des salariés lors de leurs pauses et lorsque les fenêtres de l'appartement sont ouvertes en été. Beaucoup de mouches qui rentrent dans l'appartement. La propreté de l'appartement peut être améliorée. Pas de bouilloire dans l'appartement.

Functioneel appartement, geschikt als uitvalsbasis voor omgeving

Het appartement is functioneel, makkelijk te bereiken, goede parkeergelegenheid en goede uitvalsbasis voor het bezoeken van bijv. Lago di Braies, Tre Cime, Misurina en Cortina. Je loopt ook zo het schattige dorp Dobbiaco in.

Wij hadden het appartement op de begane grond. Dit was ons derde appartement op onze reis door de Dolomieten. Bij aankomst waren we erg teleurgesteld in vergelijking tot de vorige twee… Het appartement is wat gedateerd en liefdeloos… Een heel oude tv, kerstkleed op tafel, doucheputje verstopt, haren in bed, afzuigkap vies, tuinmeubilair niet schoon, gras niet gemaaid, een klok die niet goed loopt, geen schone handdoeken bij 5 nachten verblijf of voldoende toiletpapier… We hebben de eigenaresse ook alleen kort na aankomst gezien, verder bemoeit ze zich niet met de gasten. Ze runt ook een kapsalon in hetzelfde huis, naast het appartement beneden. De eigenaar kwam op de laatste avond de factuur langsbrengen, verder niet gezien. Het kan zo veel warmer en leuker, waardoor je je als gast gewaardeerd voelt. Denk aan tips voor de omgeving, een kleine attentie, een praatje, wat gezellige dingen in het appartement. Kortom, functioneel en praktisch, maar liefdeloos. Met wat aandacht eenvoudig te verbeteren.

Relax, calma tutto perfetto 👍

Struttura completamente nuova, riscaldamento a pavimento al top, mobili nuovi e in stile con il posto. A 300 mt a piedi dal centro offre il parcheggio davanti alla struttura quando è libero. Proprietari cordialissimi e sempre disponibili. Tutto perfetto consigliatissimo.
