Beautiful Dolomites village view from our window.

It was a very clean but somewhat small room. On our trip we stayed at 10 different hotels/rooms and this was the smallest of all on our trip. However, It was very comfortable and had one of the better bathrooms. It also had the largest TVs. I think it was a 65" flat screen in this small room, WOW. I was able to connect my laptop into the HDMI and enjoyed my own Netflix without an issue.

The room had steam heat that appeared to be set to some standard setting that we didn't have control over. It did get a bit hot. I manually turned down hot water gizmo at the heat register but there was no formal thermostat. We also opened the bathroom window... Not many power outlets. I had access to one and used a device provided by the property to charge our phones and laptops. It was a little cumbersome.

Very cozy hotel with good facilities

We stayed for two nights so that we could explore a few highlights of the Dolomites. And it was perfect as it's close to places like the Drei Zinnen and Lago di Braies. We had a comfortable stay thanks to the good shower, comfortable bed and a huge television. The breakfast is very good and the host is very kind. You park in front of the hotel. Do visit Hans next door as this is a very nice restaurant.

When we arrived we had to pick up our keys in the hotel next door, but at the same time someone walked to the Rosengarten hotel to check us in. An unfortunate timing, nothing more :-)

Nice place and a good base for exploring the area.

Good breakfast, clean and modern rooms, great base to explore key Dolomite sites like Tre Cime and Lago di Braies.

No elevator. Had to check in at the neighboring hotel, but not a big deal. Quite expensive.

Mountain views inside and outside

Two large bedrooms, one with onsuite. Big picture windows looking out over the mountains, and the interior decorated with poster-sized photos of the Dolomites. All very clean, comfortable with a very good shower and a very good breakfast.

Nice place, poor client-oriented communication/service.

We had a beautiful clean and big apartment. Beautiful view of the mountains. Breakfast was good with many savory and sweet options. The service staff at the breakfast was very friendly and caring.

The communication with the administration during the booking process was not very pleasant. We accidentally booked two places for the same date and tried to cancel 2hours too late for the free cancellation period, which was 14 days before the stay. We kindly asked to be able to cancel and we were willing to pay a cancellation fee but there was no way to negotiate. We were only offered to pay the whole stay (170€ for one night for two people). We then had to ask the other hotel we had booked and they were so nice to not even charge a fee for cancelling. Which made us even more want to stay in that other hotel. But we weren't able to choose. On top of that, when we arrived, the reception personnel acted very strangely when they heard our names. They talked on the phone with the administration and from that moment on they seemed uncomfortable which made the situation uncomfortable for everyone. Lastly, the balcony, which was big and had a beautiful view had unfortunately only one chair, without a table or a pillow. It could have been much nicer.

Flawless experience – exceeded my expectations!

We were more than satisfied with our stay! From the moment we arrived, even though it was quite late, we were greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. The place is exceptionally clean, cozy, and well-maintained – it’s clear that every detail is cared for with attention and love. Our room was spacious, modernly furnished, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. On top of that, the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking! The location is excellent – beautiful panoramic views, convenience, and easy access to everything. What impressed us the most was the service – the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to offer advice and recommendations. We would definitely return and would gladly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and genuine hospitality. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful mountain setting with spectacular views of the Dolomites. Breakfast was nice. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Adequate parking.

Air conditioning would have been nice. Possibly even a portable unit. Noisy location. It seemed to be at a crossroads of sorts. Lots of loud trucks going by, even through the night.

Simply great.

The couple taking care of the guesthouse is very helpful, they gave us very useful pieces of advice, breakfast was absolutely great, with so many healthy and tasty items, all sorts of seasonal fresh fruits, our room was perfectly cleaned every day. The location is wonderful, if you want to do hiking to Tre Cime, Lago di Braies, Lago di Sorapis. I would recommend it definitely.The Pizzeria Hans, which is next to the guesthouse is one of the best reastaurant in the area of Dobbiaco and San Candido, I think.

The room was amazing, beautiful view of the mountains to wake up too, lovely balcony and the room itself was very clean with comfortable beds. We booked one room but we’re given a conjoining room which each came with massive flat screen tvs.

the location is pretty good

the location they have on the app is wrong, it infact points to somewhere 75km in the opposite direction. secondly the room provided was not what I booked for. in the booking it showed I paid for 18 square meters room instead I got the smaller one with two single beds joined into a single bed. in addition no warm water in the shower.

Everything was perfect. The bedroomd and bathroom are super clean, and staffs are very kind and friendly. location is also so nice that I can go to a restuarany and bus stop and train station easily. And they took care of my baggage even after check-out. It was so amazing experience!!

Shower hosepipe was too short, so it was quite difficult to take a shower. But it's not a big problem. They use a nice shower head, so I could smell very nice vitamin scent.
