The pictures shown on booking.com are from a similar appartment, but not this one. The picture #12 taken from the living room clearly shows a view on the garden, whereas the appartment we got had a view on the street. A microwave over would also have been very useful.

Nice stay

Quiet location, yet only minutes walk to the village center where you find small supermarket, bakery and butcher. Good location to visit Tre Cime di Lavaredo and Lago di Braies. I also recommend the less touristy waterfalls in Anterselva di Mezzo, as well as parco naturale Cascate Ries-Aurina.

We very much liked the interior combining wood with modern touches, but unfortunately the bathroom was after every (short) shower looking like Lago Dobbiaco. Some architectural cock-up... Kitchen did not have oven or microwave, slightly inconvenient

Zelo lep in prostoren apartma opremljen v tirolskem stilu v bližini centra Toblacha.

Lokacija apartmaja je zelo dobra, blizu centra. Apartma je v stari hiši, ki je arhitekturno bogata in lepo opremljen s strim stilnim pohištvom. Bilo je zelo čisto, toplo ogrevano in ima podzemno garažo. Gostitelj je zelo prijazen in ustrežljiv. Zelo priporočam.

sehr schönes appartement in schöner lage und noch viel schöneren gegend

Wir waren ein paar Tage in der Bach-Suite. Sehr schönes, uriges und vor allem grosses Appartement, etwas abgewohnt, aber den Bedürfnissen entsprechend, alles da was man braucht. Angenehmes grosses Bad.

* Wie in anderen Bewertungen beschrieben ist der Internetzugang via "DoloNet Free Wifi" beschränkt. Für einen Wettercheck reicht es aus, sollte man arbeiten müssen, oder abends mal etwas streamen ist nach ein paar Minuten Schluss, wenn das Datenvolumen aufgebraucht ist. Diverse VPN Verbindungen haben ebenfalls nicht funktioniert. Man kann nach aufgebrauchten Tagesvolumen erst wieder nach Mitternacht das Internet nutzen. * Bei der Ankunft war die Heizung abgedreht und im Appartement hatte es 13°C. Wir hatten dann nicht eingeheizt und sind erstmal etwas Essen gegangen. Als wir kurz nach 21Uhr nach Hause gekommen sind, haben wir die Heizung aufgedreht. Aber gegen 22:00Uhr war wieder Schluss und die Heizung aus, obwohl alles aufgedreht war. Dementsprechend kalt war die erste Nacht. Die Heizung ist erst wieder am nächsten Tag gegen 06:30 angesprungen. Mittags/Nachmittags konnte ebenfalls nicht geheizt werden. Für jemanden der die Heizung nur aufreht wenn man sie wirklich braucht, sehr unangenehm, wenn die Heizung nur in einem bestimmten Zeitfenster funktioniert. Vmtl. haben viele Mieter die Heizung die ganze Zeit laufen gehabt, sodass dieser Schritt notwendig wurde. Hat für unsere Anwesenheitszeiten leider nicht so gut gepasst.

Appartamento comodo, welcoming molto migliorabile

Abbiamo alloggiato nel cottage, molto comodo e con una vista piacevole sulla strada innevata. A pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Dobbiaco.

In arrivo abbiamo ricevuto un'email con l'indicazione di chiamare un numero telefonico per avere le informazioni per il check-in. A tale numero però, per ore, rispondeva sempre una segreteria telefonica in tedesco. Altresì nessuna risposta da messaggi inviati via whatsapp o Booking. Quando abbiamo infine ricevuto risposta (eravamo già giunti sul posto), ci è stato detto come entrare ma senza fornirci nessuna altra informazione utile, così che abbiamo dovuto chiamare altre 2 volte per avere indicazioni sul parcheggio e poi per chiedere la password wifi, nonché scoprire da soli come l'appartamento fosse riscaldato. Infine, neanche un grazie dopo aver informato di aver fatto un bonifico istantaneo per pagare il costo del cane (dato che anche al check out nessuno si è presentato). Ci si aspetterebbe di più per una struttura pagata oltre € 170 a notte. Costo per il cane di 20 euro al giorno, del tutto immotivato considerando come l'affitto dell'appartamento non preveda la pulizia giornaliera (ma questa sembra essere una scorretta abitudine di molti gestori in Alto Adige). Garage incapiente per tutte le auto presenti, si poteva comunque parcheggiare di fronte all'appartamento.

La struttura è buona e bella ma all'accoglienza non c'era nessuno ed al telefono non rispondevano. Abbiamo trovato le chiavi sulla porta dell'appartamento ma per correttezza non sapendo come fare ci siamo rivolti al ristorante di proprietà dove c'era il figlio che gentilmente ha chiamato il padre. Se non fosse stato il figlio al ristorante non sapevamo come fare. gli appartamenti necessitano di bidoni per la raccolta differenziata. Non li hanno e non ci sono molte spiegazioni su come procedere.

Sehr schöne Wohnungen mit einer tollen Lage!

Unsere Wohnungen waren sehr schön mit antiken Möbeln eingerichtet. Die Wohnungen sind hell, von der Dachterrasse hat man sogar Bergblick. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, man ist trotzdem schnell im Zentrum und an Supermärkten oder Restaurants. Es gibt eine gemütliche Essecke, man kann kochen und alles war sauber. Bei der Ankunft und Abreise machten wir telefonisch die Schlüsselübergabe, was funktionierte. Es stehen Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Das WLAN funktionierte. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in den Pichler Appartments und es ist toll, dass Hunde Willkommen sind.

Da der Hund 20€ pro Tag kostet, wird das bei einem längeren Aufenthalt teuer. Da die Wohnung einmal endgereinigt wird, fänden wir eine Hundeendreinigungspauschale besser.

Bellissima esperienza

Chalet in posizione perfetta a due minuti a piedi dal centro di Dobbiaco. Struttura perfettamente tenuta, moderna ma in stile adeguato al luogo, con ogni comfort ed accessorio, finiture di pregio, giardino privato e possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto al coperto. Tutto assolutamente impeccabile.

Ingen som helst info om någonting, såsom wifi-kod, sophantering, städning etc. Ett infoblad hade inte varit fel. Det visade sig att ingen städning alls gjordes på en vecka och vi hittade ingen städutrustning någon stans. Det fanns heller ingen tvättmaskin som angavs i utrustningslistan. Soporna samlades på hög.

Centraal in Toblach

De locatie is perfect, loopafstand van centrum Toblach, korte rijafstand van mooie plekken. Ieder appartement heeft een buiten. Auto's kunnen in garage. Sfeervol huis met oude elementen. Goed schoon.

Koken is beetje behelpen, 2 electrische pitten dicht bij elkaar er passen amper 2 pannen op en geen oven. Inchecken gaat telefonisch, waarom geen mail en plattegrond van het huis. Je hebt geen idee hoe het in elkaar zit, zoekplaatje. Ons appartement bleek per abuis nog bezet, dan is het toch fijn als je de verhuurder persoonlijk kan ontmoeten om een oplossing te zoeken. Er is wat klein onderhoud nodig: terrasplanken die omhoog steken, gloeilampen vervangen, wat tuinonderhoud.. En vooral de ruimte waar je het afval moet opruimen, brrr wat vies! Verder was het huis keurig schoon. De prijs via booking.com vonden wij vrij fors.

Struttura bella, ma la gestione è da rivedere.

Eravamo nello chalet di fianco l’abitazione principale ed era davvero carina e pulita.

Sono passati 3 giorni dal check-out e sto ancora aspettando una risposta del proprietario sul funzionamento del check-in. Al telefono non risponde. La signora che gestisce (mai vista di persona) ha provato a farmi pagare 40€ a notte per mia figlia di 1 anno che dormiva nel nostro letto, nonostante non fosse previsto dalle condizioni della struttura. Fortunatamente Booking ha risolto. In 3 giorni nessuno si è fatto vivo e all’arrivo c’era mezzo rotolo di carta igienica.
