A perfect place to stay in beautiful Toblach

The apartment very roomy and comfortable with plenty of storage space. As well as having two bathrooms, it also had a generous kitchen and lounge. It was in the perfect location for restaurants, shops and bus services.

Very nicely decorated apartment

The rating applies exclusively to apartment AT 193. The apartment was very nice, nicely decorated, spacious, with a larger balcony, it had 2 bathrooms, which was very important to us (6 adults). There were enough dishes in the kitchen, we only missed 1 larger pot. The dining table is large. Everything was very clean, the entire building was also very nicely decorated and clean. The apartment is located in a village further from Dobbiaco, we had a car and there were no problems with sightseeing and access to the ski slopes.

The bed in the middle room was a bit too narrow for two adults. The downside was the parking. We were three couples, each with their own car. There was only 1 parking space in the garage for the apartment. Despite the fact that the other parking spaces were free, we were not allowed to park near the building and had to look for free parking in the surrounding area. Parking was very inconvenient.

Would definitely return the location was amazing and it was clean and everything was comfortable.

It was a spacious unit with a lovely balcony. Everything was new and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent. The kitchen facilities were amazing.

There was no air conditioning, but it wasn’t too bad as it wasn’t that hot inside the unit. No toiletries or additional bin liners were supplied and this would’ve been a nice additional touch. Paying for linen after booking the unit was a bit of a surprise as I would’ve thought this was included in the price.

Old apartment with the basics

Fast communication, easy to collect the keys, great location, very quiet and clean apartment.

I didn't like the floor. It was old wooden so in each step it will make noise and also it's uneven, kind of easy to loose balance if you don't see where to step. During night you would hear the heating pipes leaking but we would never figured out where it is, you just you would hear the water tearing all night drop by drop, not really nice. If somebody will walk the floor would wake up everyone because of the noise. And unfortunately it had a very bad smell, like an old apartment, in fact, it was pretty much old even though it had all the facilities.

Spacious and good value self-catering accommodation

The flat was very usefully located for us, being near to Toblach (Dobbiaco) railway station, also very near a ski hire shop. It was also spacious with a decent kitchen and two separate bathrooms.

The flat was a fairly long walk from the centre of Toblach village, bus station and supermarkets. It was also a shame that the self-catering kitchen only had 3 mugs (despite six beds) and had odd electrics (the plug sockets were not of the normal modern European norm and the whole flat's electrics trip if too many electrical devices were turned-on at once). Note that Aurturist rent-out individual flats in many different locations - this booking.com entry does not refer to a single building.

I was happy with the location, right outside of the town limits, because it was both beautiful and quiet. The apartment was surprising spacious and we had plenty of room for the 6 of us (all adults). The staff was especially gracious and helpful and we are very grateful for all of their help with our luggage and locking ourselves out of the apartment! Thank you, again!

The house needs an instruction sheet for using the convection stove and for what to do with the recycling. Also, it would be nice to add some pamphlets or info about busses, restaurants, etc. We found this info at the tourism office, but it would be so easy to just put a copy in the house! Obviously these are small things, but each one was annoying (especially the stove when trying to make coffee in the morning. Thank goodness for the stove in the back room!)

Apartament w samym centrum miasteczka, dostępne miejsce parkingowe oraz miejsce w hali garażowej. Apartament bardzo przestronny, czysty z dwoma sypialniami i dwiema łazienkami, bardzo wygodne łóżka, dużo miejsc do przechowywania, kuchnia nie za dużą ale dobrze zorganizowana, duży taras z przepięknym widokiem panoramicznym.

Brakowało kubków oraz niektóre elementy wyposażenia kuchni były zużyte (deska do krojenia). Brak średniego garnka - ale poza tym super.

Lokalizacja, w centrum Dobiacco. Było ciepło w obiekcie. Super były dwie łazienki, a także pralka

Pełno kurzu na antycznych bibelotach, bardzo suche powietrze w zimie. Brak sensownego oświetlenia w kuchni. Spora część żarówek była po prostu spalona i nawet po wystosowaniu prośby do firmy zajmującej się wynajmem nie zostały wymienione.

Simple et suffisant

Appartement très cosy avec équipement suffisant pour 10 jours. Petite cuisine pour des plats simples. Emplacement au calme avec belle vue.

La literie est un peu vieillissante et mérite d’être remplacée. Le lit en bois n’est pas très grand (une personne de 1.90m ne dort pas très bien..). Attention au parking, une voiture surbaissée ne passera pas la rampe (raide et revetement irrégulier) et la lumière du parking ne fonctionne pas.

Senza parole ecco la mia esperienza tutto al TOP a partire dalla posizione, dalla modernità della struttura e dell'attrezzatura al suo interno. Elettrodomestici prima categoria come il piano induzione e relative stoviglie, la lavastoviglie, il frigo e la lavatrice con asciugatrice interna, tutto molto intuitivo e pratico. La vista non per ultima di importanza e godibilità e chiudo con garage al coperto e box privato. Il massimo in tutto. Peccato perché una settimana é poca :(

Letti e cuscini molto scomodi. Un bagno piccolo e di difficile utilizzo, altro bagno con vasca da bagno. Difficoltà nel trovare la sede, ma probabilmente per mia disattenzione. Il prezzo è sicuramente inferiore a molte altre stetture, ma tornando indietro pagherei di più per maggiori servizi.

O apartamento tem uma ótima vista! Sinto saudades! São dois andares, na parte de cima uma cama de casal e um banheiro. Na parte de baixo, sim são dois andares, tem uma beliche, que da pra um adulto dormir. Também tem banheiro na parte de baixo. O apartamento é bem aconchegante.

Se você usar alguns aparelhos ao mesmo tempo, corre o risco de desligar o disjuntor. Foi difícil a comunicação, uma vez que o telefone de contato que deixaram é horário comercial e não atendiam. A mensagem é em italiano e alemão. Não tem internet no apartamento. Faz falta, dependendo do seu pacote de dados. A maioria dos lugares não tem wi-fi, então os restaurantes que disponibilizam, acabam valorizados nesse sentido.
