Surrounded by beautiful nature. The accommodation had everything we needed

Beautiful location, fantastic views. The house is beautiful, I would have loved to learn more of its history. The furnishings were outstanding and loved that I had an aircon in my room.
The entrance sign on the road is rather small and very easy to miss. This could be improved.

It was very close to the wedding venue that I was working at.
The front door was unlocked when I returned just before 03h00. It made me feel very uneasy as I was the only person in the guest house with no staff and no security around.
The room had no working plugs. I couldn’t charge my phone which made me even more uneasy.
There were cobwebs everywhere.
The ceiling in the bathroom is looking really bad.
There was a pair of dirty torn jeans under the bed and so much dust under the bed.
Would not write home about this stay unfortunately.
