The location is fantastic with the view on the Thames and the rowing club activity on the other side of the river. The breakfast room and lobby are warm and welcoming
The room had no heating. There was a heating fan trying to help but it was very noisy and the room is big and it did not do the job. A professional hotel or bed and breakfast should at least provide the minimum comfort of heating

Great location. Comfy bed. Large room.
No tea and coffee making facilities in room. No TV. Bottled water would be far preferable to tap and expected for the price charged.
