Breakfast was included, free parking and a large room with a balcony overlooking the river. White company shower gel in the bath. Nice Indian BBQ food available at the bar.

Location. Decor. Cleanliness. Staff friendliness. Unfortunately it was very hot whilst visiting so size of room was quite uncomfortable. Room size seemed to be the norm.
Non existent restaurant - service from a portable vehicle outside. Heard later, the kitchen was being revamped but no mention of this beforehand. Poor breakfast: insufficient crockery, cutlery, serviettes, food, juice, etc. although person on duty was willing to provide. Small room, only a double bed not king.
