The location and the bathroom. Very nice location for breakfast at the café.
The Beds need upgrading.
Mattresses are hard. More than two nights it doesn’t work.

This is an accommodation that has so much history and a passionate owner who is doing all the renovations. The project is commendable and we wish Sebastiano all the best with creating an amazing place.
The rooms and furniture were a bit shabby and there was a lot of noise at night that made sleeping quite difficult. The style of the rooms does not do the building justice. Breakfast was 7 minutes walk away.
