Villa San Dimitrio - Private House On The Beach

The newly built complex Villa San Dimitrio located on the southeast side of the island in Logaras village in a quiet location about 40 meters from the beach, ideal for relaxing holidays. The breathtaking view of the sea, the surrounding villages, but also opposite Naxos Island offers travelers the unique experience of the Cycladic landscape.
The Villa San Dimitrio (125 sqm) with sea view can accommodate 2 to 6 people and is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor is a spacious bedroom which has a double bed and 1 French window that offers access to outdoors also let the light of the summer sun diffuses in the room, near is another spacious bedroom with 2 single beds. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom and the kitchen with the living room, which grow in one area leads to a lovely terrace overlooking the flowery garden.
Access to the floor can be done either from the staircase that starts from the living room or from the external staircase, since it has a separate entrance. Upstairs there is a bedroom with double bed and bathroom. The bedroom has a balcony with panoramic views.
