Perfect little accom for the price, perfect for a solo traveler

Perfect size room and stunning balcony for sunset. Felt clean safe and homely. Bedding was fixed up daily with new towels. Had an injury on my second day and felt at home staying in the room. Short beautiful walk in to town and easy access to the beach

Clean, bright room with great kitchen in perfect location

Very clean, provided fresh towels daily (including beach towels). Lovely bright room. The kitchen was so useful to have, and it was fully equipped with everything we could have needed, including cutlery, all pots and pans, chopping board, cheese grater, kettle, coffee machine, toastie maker. We were also given complimentary jams, tea, coffee, honey, and more. The location is perfect, just up the hill from the centre. I definitely recommend staying here.

Athina’s Blue Studios- not good value for money for us

The property was in quite a good location and easy walk in the old town.

The apartment was very small and was not as it appeared online which was very disappointing. It had no inside living area! Just a very small table and 2x chairs in the narrow corridor leading from the front door to a small kitchenette. The small bathroom was off the kitchenette with a tiny shower ( water was hot 👍). There were no shutters on the windows and the small second bedroom had no wardrobe or shelves! There was a terrace in the front with a table and chairs ( had to ask for an umbrella for shade) but then it turned very windy and cold so we could not sit out there. So there was no living area , or TV etc!! However we should have been given information when we enquired, as to the approach to the apartment, and we would have taken a taxi from the port. Yes the bus was convenient from the ferry terminal but dropped us off outside Naoussa town . When we got our bearings, we had to walk up a steep hill, walk up many very steep steps and another steep hill to get to the apartment! This was not a good start , and then we saw the small apartment with no living area. Athina did drive us back to the bus stop at the end of our stay. We were glad we only stayed three days.

very comfortable and good value

The guesthouse is located up on a hill and thus in a very quiet location but stillin walking distance (5-8min) to Naoussa’s centre with shops, restaurants, marina. Athina welcomed me in a very friendly manner and showed me to my room even though it was only 10am in the morning. The room was large and provided a balcony with a view (you could see the sea a bit further away), aircon, fridge, hot shower and toiletriesas well as a coffee maker, a kettle, a sink, dishes and two induction cooking plates. There was even a basket containing crackers, jam, instant coffee, tea, sugar. Even though the place was a bit older everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. I very much enjoyed staying in this friendly & comfy guesthouse!

Very good

Accomodation was good, like on pictures provided. Owners are doing a great job maintaining the property and was always around. They use to clean appartment every day. Property is on the hill so on your return from the center back you should be in good conditions (uphill). Center is close by, walkable. Good location for the accomodation since you are close by but again in a quite neighbourhood. There was no parking options, but you can leave the car on the street. Street is pretty hilly and driving there might be challenging for people who are not use to it. You can always leave the car bellow and walk a bit, When some people played some loud music in house next to our, the owner reacted right away and fixed it.

The room was clean.

Probably the coldest "welcoming". The hostess made us feel unwellcomed by the time we arrived in the facilties. She did not even bother to introduce herself or provide us with any helpful info for the island. The bathroom had not been renovated for a very long time. In overall does not worth its money.

Great value, great staff, great location, would stay again!

Location was great, staff was wonderful, view was also good. Yes there’s a hill and yes it was a pain at times but it’s doable, you are staying at a hilly area after all.. Staff was helpful in getting our car parked somewhere also. AC worked way better than our previous stay in Athens, woke up and it was even cold inside. We were able to walk to downtown, to the nearby beach, and to the winery. And driving to any of the nearby beaches was within 15 min (Golden Beach and Santa Maria). And after a long day at the beach and out and about, came home to a cleaned unit. Great spot and would definitely stay again!

We had a love-hate relationship with the hill… proved a challenge to walk/drive up, but not a deal breaker. Actually proved to be much needed exercise after all the food we ate.

Perfect place to stay in Naoussa!

Our room was very nice, clean and fully equipped. We had a balcony with an amazing view, especially during the sunset. The location is perfect, less than 10 min walk to the center. The host was very kind and friendly and willing to help us with everything we may need. Great value for money. Highly recommended!

spacious calm studio with amicable host

Athina is a very amicable host and tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I had the feeling that she was around whenever I needed something. The room was spacious, with a nice balcony to enjoy the evening light on. The small kitchen is equipped with kettle, coffee maker, and a double induction "flame". As the apartments are on top a hill, next to an open space, it was very quiet at night. the walk down to Naousa is short and pleasant, though a bit steep and not recommended for persons with mobility issues. around the corner, there's a mini market and a rather good restaurant, if one does not want to go down all the way to the harbour. as usual in Greece, anything can be ordered and will be delivered to your door, should you not feel like leaving your room.

The shower was small - as was to be expected in a studio on the islands. Even though I tried to avoid it, there was extensive flooding of the bathroom after each shower.

Very good

Our room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was quite well equipped. The basket of spreads and coffee was a nice touch. It is close to town (up a fairly steep hill) and very quiet at night

Communication could be a little better, it took a while for the hosts to respond to messages. But we would definitely recommend this place

Great time in Naoussa

Cozy apartment studio super close to Piperi Beach and the main town. It is a safe neighborhood, Very clean, Athina is very sweet, enjoyed this stay. I enjoyed the view from the balcony as well. There are other apartments in the studio so by 11 it does get quiet but the town is 5 mins away and very lively

The best place to stay with nice people and a stunning view’

The host was very nice and helped us out when we needed something. it’s a very clean and nice place to stay close to the main part of town, but still far enough away so that it is quiet at night. The view was amazing and the balcony we got was the best part of it all!

Great place to stay

Nice view Walking distance from the center

We were surprised that while we were out, someone came in and cleaned some parts of the apartment. Washed some dishes but not all, folded the blanket but left the floor sandy. It rather felt like a check on us.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect. We were suprised how clean was the room. (During our vacations in Greece we stayed at four places and Athina's blue studio was the cheapest and the cleanest one. The bathroom was very nice and it wasn't so damp as in other places) The owner was very nice and helpful. I deardly recommend.
