Utter relaxation

-excellent location just footsteps from restaurants, the bus, the beach, a lovely bakery -beautifully appointed rooms -the take a book leave a book library is a great idea - the outdoor communal space when you can bring food you purchase to eat e.g. breakfast if fab, or you can sit in the deck chairs and read a book overlooking the ocean, listening to the sound of the sea or keeping an eye out for the seals in the water - the warm and friendly hospitality from all the staff including the owner and her mother is lovely, they are so kind and helpful to their guests -fantastic value for money

-there is a communal kitchen which is great but the kettle needs descaling

Just perfect

The location at the village of Piso Livadi village is perfect with the rooms and the gardens surrounding overlooking the sea creating the most beautiful view you can imagine , but the most important thing is the hospitality of Anastasia who is an amazing lady running the family hotel with such care makes everything perfect, giving you all the information about the beaches and villages around… l enjoyed every minute and definitely will come visit again.

Insanely beautiful and welcoming.

The location of this hotel is absolutely unbeatable. It is practically on the water. Piso Livadi is a must-stay if you are thinking of visiting Paros. The restaurants surround Dinas Inn are all amazing (especially Markakis). The staff are amazing and friendly - we felt right at home straight away.

Great stay, wonderful host and unforgettable views

Our host, Anastasia (and husband) made us feel very welcome in the very pleasant seaside town of Piso Livadi, ideally located to explore the most beautifil beaches and towns of Paros. Although the room is quite small (they also have appartments) the place itself has everything you need and … the most beautiful terrace with most magnificent seaside-naxos views. Exceptional and unique. Worth every penny/dollar/euro. The host was super responsive and gave us all necessary information, some welcome drinks and a (very) late check-out. We would definitely come back.

Excellent

The location is great- just a few steps from the best restaurants of the town and a beautiful beach. Tha backyard is so beautiful and relaxing. We booked just a few days before our arrival, our room was very clean , comfortable. The rooms on the backyard have a wonderful view and nice balcony or terrace. We will book much earlier next time to get one of those rooms.Dina is a very friendly, sweet lady - she welcomed us with a plate of fresh figs from her garden upon arrival . We highly recommend this hotel - thank you very much dear Dina.

- Dina provided a delicious plate of fruit grown from her garden upon arrival - Nice patio to sit on and watch the sea - Kitchen to make coffee

- Room needs a curtain or a blind to block out the very bright morning sunshine as there are holes in the shutters which let the light through. - No waste recycling

Central room in a little fishing village

Perfect location in a small little village. Close from the bus stop and super friendly and nice owner. For the price it is okay even though it is quite simple and dated in decoration.

The location makes it hard to make the early boats - not by any mean fault of the owner - but travellers should be aware.

Stunning position on the sea. Even though my room did not have sea view, the balcony was above a pretty little street and I could spend afternoons in the rear garden looking at sea. Dina very friendly

Je recommande Dînas Inn , on s’y sent bien , c’est chaleureux

Chambre impeccable, tout y est dans un espace relativement restreint. Le lit est incroyablement confortable. Le linge de toilette est neuf et sent bon c’est agréable, Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Anastasia malgré l’heure tardive de notre arrivée (bateau retardé à cause de l’état de la mer). Une cuisine commune et une petite terrasse aménagée pour déjeuner face à la mer . À proximité de nombreux restaurants, petite épicerie, boulangerie. Plage tranquille. Piso Livardi est un endroit bien plaisant.

La vue depuis notre chambre qui donne sur une petite rue était un peu tristounette .

Super agréable

Les chambres étaient confortables et propres. La terrasse avec vue sur la mer était idéale pour les repas. Le lieu était très calme même si a proximité de l’animation. La plage à quelques mètres est parfaite pour le matin ou le soir après une journée de visite. Notre hôtesse était très sympathique et adorable. Je recommande vivement ce lieu.

Exceptionnel !

Superbe et lumineux petit appartement face à la mer et aux montagne de Naxos, exposé au soleil levant, parfaitement équipé avec du matériel de qualité. L'accueil est chaleureux, extrêmement serviable, avec des attentions gourmandes à l'arrivée. La terrasse commune au rdc avec coins d'ombre est un régal. Il faut environ 30 secondes pour être sur la charmante petite plage du village porturaire ou dans un restaurant de qualité. Je reviendrai avec un immense plaisir!!!! Merci pour tout, ce fut un séjour de sérénité pour mes ados et moi.

SUPER Excellent accueil d Anastasia , toujours disponible , souriante et tres reactive. le lieu est magique avec une vue sur la mer exceptionnel ; tres bien situe a 2 mins a pied du port et de la plage avec tous les restaurants , arret de bus et boulangerie. allez y les yeux fermés !!!!

El apartamento está increíble. Es muy cómodo, súper limpio, tiene aire acondicionado y ventilador que para cuando hace calor es vital. Tiene una cocina chica pero muy completa que si te queres cocinar lo podes hacer perfectamente. Todo el personal increíble pero cabe destacar una mención especial para Anastacia la dueña que fue un amor con nosotros. Nos ayudó en todos y nos dio grandes recomendaciones! Nuestras estadía fue increíble sin duda lo recomendamos y ojalá podamos volver!

Un soggiorno fantastico...

Il posto ha superato le aspettative! In primis ci ha colpito la gentilezza e premura della proprietaria, Anastasia, che è stata sin da subito carinissima e paziente (avevo fatto male i calcoli degli orari dei tragjetti e siamo arrivati all'alloggio a mezzanotte dove c'era lei che ci ha aspettato sorridente nonostante l'ora tarda). In secondo luogo la struttura è in posizione perfetta, al centro di Piso Livadi. La stanza era pulitissima e accogliente, con aria condizionata e frigorifero (con dentro acqua e succo di frutta in regalo!). Il bagno era dotato di asciugamani e sapone mani. È presente una piccola ma fornita cucina a disposizione degli ospiti con bollitore, bicchieri ecc... Inoltre sul retro della struttura vi è uno spazio in comune all'aperto davvero bello, dove abbiamo consumato le nostre colazioni. Che fire... Consigliamo a occhi chiusi questa struttura è speriamo di tornarci presto. Grazie Anastasia!

Difficile trovare difetti.. Se proprio devo dire qualcosa, forse i bagni sono un po' piccoli, anche la doccia è poco spaziosa, ma quando si è in vacanza non è Un problema, almeno per noi non lo è stato affatto!

Der Ort ist sehr schön, schöner kleiner Hafen, viele schöne Restaurants

Die Lage war perfekt, direkt in der Nähe vom kleinen Hafen, Aussicht wunderschön , auf das Meer und Naxos . Das Haus war sehr sauber. Einen Nachmittag gab es als Überraschung Kekse und kleine Spinattaschen auf dem Zimmer. Eine sehr nette Geste.

Leider konnte die man die schöne Aussicht bis nachmittags nicht genießen, Ostseite, ab morgens 0700h/0800h prallte die Sonne auf den winzigen Balkon ( passten gerade 2 Stühle und ein Tisch darauf ) , keinerlei Beschattung, so das man dort nicht sitzen konnte. Auch im Garten keinerlei Beschattung ( außer einem Baum ) Wenn man ein Zimmer mit Balkon bucht, würde man diesen auch gerne nutzen können und morgens z.B. einen Kaffee mit Ausblick genießen. War leider nicht möglich. Das hat uns enorm gestört. Die Bäder sind veraltet, keine Haken für die Duschhandtücher vorhanden, kaum Ablage Möglichkeiten und alle Bäder mit Duschvorhängen ( außer dem Appartement ), kein Duschgel vorhanden, lediglich Seife. Wir haben unseren Urlaub auf drei Inseln, in drei Hotels verbracht, dieses hier war das teuerste, leider auch vom Komfort her das schlechteste. Außer beim check in haben wir die Managerin vielleicht 2 x in einer Woche gesehen. Service gibt es überhaupt nicht, ab mittags ist meistens niemand mehr im Haus.
