Villa Malena …
• Is located in the picturesque region of Tserdakia, next to Golden Beach (Chrissi Akti)
• Has a southeast orientation and therefore a beautiful sunrise, the villa has a view to Naxos, Heraclea and Ios islands.
• Is Within a few minutes’ walk to two beautiful sandy beaches. The New Golden Beach a well-known spot to surfers for wind and kite surfing and the famous GOLDEN BEACH with a few beach bars and restaurants.
• Has a beautiful walking trail next to the seaside from New Golden Beach to Piso Livadi, nearly 50 minutes hiking.
Description of Villa Malena!
- Cycladic architecture
- A comfortable stay for 4 to 5 people. It is ideal for a family with two or three children (one bed can be added in the room of the ground floor), for two couples
- Private garden
- Built in a big plot of land of 1500 sq.m!!
The villa is built in two different levels!
The upper floor has a master bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom. A balcony door is leading to a small veranda with a view to the Aegean Sea and the islands of Naxos and Heraclea
An exterior stair leads to the ground floor where an atrium unites the ground floor bedroom with the kitchen. The bedroom downstairs has a small double bed and one single bed with en suite bathroom.
The atrium with a beautiful sea view is the area of the house where someone can have breakfast or lunch and has two built-in sofa beds ideal for a cozy siesta during noon!
The outdoor area features :
- Three lounge-dining areas with a pergola overlooking at the sea!
- Outdoor shower
- Washing machine -laundry area
- Private parking
Villa Malena is by car :
25 minutes’ from the airport
30 minutes’ from Parikia
25 minutes’ from Naousa.
Within 10 minutes by car you will reach the beautiful villages of Drios, Logaras, Marpissa and Piso Livadi. There you can find market areas, restaurants, pharmacy, ATM.
While staying at the house it is highly recommended that you have a car as this will allow you explore other parts of the island too!

This older style House was very clean & functional, with an easy check in and great location with local restaurants nearby, providing a good base to explore. The views are sensational.

We loved our stay at Maria’s beautiful property. The views are stunning and the location is ideal. Our favorite beach was less than a 5 minute walk, and there are two other great beaches within a 10-minute walk. I highly recommend. Communication with Maria was direct and fast, and we really appreciated her restaurant recommendations. Every one of them was a winner! We definitely plan a return visit and hope to stay longer!

Our stay was absolutely incredible and we were so very happy with the property and the host.Check-in was very smooth with clear directions and excellent communication, it made us feel very welcomed to the property. The property itself was clean and orderly, with many amenities available to add to our stay. The location was excellent with walking distance to beaches as well as convenient access to main roadway to explore the island!Communication with Maria was also great, she was readily available to provide suggestions and recommendations for various attractions on the island and nearby restaurants. Her recommendations were all very great!!Thank you for your time and effort making our vacation with our children fantastic!

I booked a last minute trip to Paros and the hotels around the area were booked during the dates I wished to stay. A friend of mine had mentioned to check out VRBO. I am so glad I did. Villa Malena is a perfect example of the hospitality that the Greek islands have to offer. From the beginning to the end, the family was very involved and a pleasure to deal with. From the authentic Greek lunch that was made for us upon our arrival, to the fresh marmalade that they had prepared, they raised the bar in the whole home away from home concept. They didn't just provide us with a place to stay, they provided an environment that was genuine and unique. They had stocked the refrigerator just enough to make us feel welcomed. The location is perfect and the view is amazing. If you are willing to ditch the whole commercial hotel thing and want to experience Paros, I recommend staying at Villa Malena. P.S. The honey that they get from Crete is excellent as well.
