The apartment was beautiful, very clean and equipped with everything you need, including a small kitchen. Although it's an apartment the staff came in and cleaned it everyday! Very good location, just outside the noisy area so you can reach the center walking a couple minutes. Konstantinos the host took care of everything we needed and also gave us great recommendations for visiting Paros

Great location, spotlessly clean and really spacious.

It’s in a great location. 10 minutes to walk into town, five minutes to the beach, three minutes to the winery! It is also very quiet and a good size. It was kept incredibly clean by the staff and Konstantinos was very responsive whenever we had questions. The terrace is large and we enjoyed the hot tub very much. Nice sunset views over mountains and rooftops from the terrace and hot tub. The cats on the corner (by the bin store) appreciate feeding too - it became an enjoyable nightly ritual for us!

The immediate vicinity is a car park, local abandoned building area and community bins. We just ignored it, but others may find it more troubling. The apartment is reasonably well equipped if you just want fruit and yoghurt for breakfast and maybe to make a sandwich but there are not full facilities for self catering. Again, not a problem for us but worth sharing for others.

Wonderful chill holiday in Noussa

The host Kostantinos was helpful with our transfer and present to assist with our check in. The 2-room unit was fully equipped kitchen and spacious for the 4 of us. We enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood, within a short walk to town. The bed was comfortable and clean, which is utmost important to us.

Location near to the center

Konstantinos was very friendly explaining and giving us recommendations, helpful with everything we needed. I found the apartment very expensive for what it was, it’s located 5 min walking to the center, and 5 minutes walking to one of the beaches in the island. But just comparing prices, I paid the same amount per day to stay in a 5 stars hotel in Mykonos with breakfast included and tons of amenities. I paid in this property about €650 for 2 nights.

Amazing stay with an incredible host!

Highly highly recommend staying at 21 luxury apartments! The apartment is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, comfortable and has everything you need! The location is excellent being only a short walk to the main town of where there is amazing restaurants and bars! The best part of our stay however had to be the service of the host Konstantinos who was there 24/7 for whatever we needed! He went above and beyond giving us recommendations for food, drinks and the local beaches and arranged for all our transfers. He even picked us up from the beach himself one afternoon! 5* service from a great guy who even allowed us an extra late check out with no charge! Thank you Konstantinos for an amazing few days!

Great location, spa, very friendly manager

Beautiful apartment and the spa was great as it was cool at night. Konstantinos was a very kind and generous manager - he met us to handover the keys and show us around. Even let us borrow his e-scooter to see the island! He gave us many recommendations for what to see and eat. The apartment was very close to the centre - just a 10min walk into the main part of town.

The property was close to the main area without being too busy. it was clean, newly renovated and was easy to locate. The spa is amazing at night, especially as it cooled off a little. Our host Konstantinos went out of his way to help us and was so friendly.

Wow wow!!! We could not be more pleased with our stay in Paros! Konstantinos was the kindest and most helpful and hospitable host, the apartment was gorgeous, clean, super comfortable, filled with light (yet you can close the shutters and make it fully dark for good sleep). Excellent location in Naousa, just a short (5-10min) walk from the lovely paths and shops near the Naousa port, as well as walking distance from basically anything you may want: grocery shops, ice cream, restaurants, shops, etc… the shower is great, clothing storage space is great, seating areas are very comfortable and our kids could even enjoy some Netflix after a long day exploring the beaches and towns 😊👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

No complaints at all!! I HIGHLY recommend this lovely place, where you will feel at home. Whenever we return to Paros we will no doubt stay here again!! 🙏🏻😊✨

100% recommend. Kostantinos goes out of his way to help you and feel welcome. The bed and pillows are unbelievably comfy (foam memory both). The appartment looks exactly like in the photos, no let downs when you see it. And the terrace is a dream. Within walking distance both to Naoussa and the beach, away from the hustle and bustle of the town yet close enough to live the experience.
