The house was in an area that was still under construction. It did not have any view.

Overall a good property but minor improvements would greatly improve future stays.

The property felt very clean and spacious and everything seamed fairly new.

The property was only a 10 minute walk to the main area however it is quite a bad walk in the heat and especially at night time. If you don’t mind the heat it isn’t too bad. We also expected to have a jacuzzi due to the images listed however on arrival when asked, our host notified us that only people on the bottom level got a jacuzzi. Something to be mindful of when booking to request the apartment of your choice as the price was no different and we missed out on this facility that others got for the same price. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and were also only given one towel each which did not seem appropriate.

Great value for money in a good location

The flat was modern and clean when we arrived. Vlad was a friendly and helpful host. It was only 5 minutes walk from the centre. Parking was never a problem.

The sound insulation was bad and you could hear noise from adjacent apartments. Unfortunately, the cleaners never mopped the floor during our stay. They were only empting the bins and sweeping the floor.

Spacious location for family vacation

The property had good space that could easily accommodate six people. The rooms were clean and nice. The air conditioning worked well. The host was nice and responsive when contacted. Towels and toiletries were provided. The cleaning lady was also very nice. Please note that there are two main roads by the property. I added a photo that shows the main path for accessing the property. The surrounding area looks like it is in transition as some nearby properties are older and less maintained. However, do not let that distract you too much as the harbor is a 12 minute walk. We walked that stretch many times. It was an easy walk. Hot water was provided via a boiler. Only ran out of hot water once when someone took too long of a shower. While there is not a private driveway there is parking on the streets for free. Property is close to two rental car agencies. Strongly recommend renting a car and exploring the island. We enjoyed our stay and really enjoyed Paros.

While the property is very nice. The immediate area is a little run down. Wish it had a better view.

Comfortable stay in naousa

Beautiful apartment and located a short walk from the town centre. Very comfortable beds.

The road noise was a little loud and meant windows had to be closed at night. There were no sharp knives and also the wardrobe and kitchen cupboards were built way too high and shelves and hanging rail were out of reach. No full length mirror either.

Great apartment, Close to town

This is a great apartment, very modern and clean. The small hot tub was a nice bonus. The beds were comfortable. It was located just outside town but not too far. There are two bakeries close by, both really good. Lovely home.

Disappointed that Vlad was not very communicative, he said he didn't see my text and apologized for not replying. The housekeeper was very friendly and helpful. The area around the apartments are pretty run down, not a great outlook.

Near all the fun, still quiet in the evening with all the amenities!

Location to restaurants and nightlife was perfect. The place is modern, beautiful and exceptionally clean. Our property contact was very responsive. We were easily able to park our rental right in front which was very convenient. All in all a great experience!

Excellent and clean location

The property was exceptionally clean! Very good location , 5-7 minutes walk from Naousa Paros. Host and the clean lady were very nice and polite. Comfortable enough for 3 people, in a calm area without noise.

The only thing we didn’t like is that they didnt come to change the bed sheets in 4 days we were there. They changed our bath towels after we requested it.

Just what we wanted 😄

Very modern, clean and lovely property. Only a short walk from Paros centre.

There was no safe (which I would have wanted considering people came in to clean when we weren’t there) and there was no ironing board. Difficult to find as the maps location takes you elsewhere. Could have been sign posted more clearly.

Posizione. Casa fornita con stoviglie e addirittura presenza del forno

Accoglienza e supporto del proprietario. Bene il contatto all’arrivo, durante il resto del soggiorno ho provato a contattato su whatsapp senza mai aver successo. Inoltre le pulizie non sono state fatte l’ultimo giorno e sinceramente non mi aspettavo un trattamento del genere visto il prezzo giornaliero. Piuttosto che il forno avrei puntato su una lavastoviglie

Heerlijk verblijf in Naoussa

Prachtig appartement, goede voorzieningen. De koelkast bleek niet te werken maar de oplossing daarvoor was prima. Het uitzicht, zeker op het balkon aan de achterkant is erg matig en ook aan de voorkant is het niet fantastisch. De locatie is goed, rustig en toch op loopafstand van het centrum.

Je hebt wel echt een parasol nodig tegen de zon op het balkon aan de voorkant, de achterkant heeft een vervelend uitzicht.

Très bon séjour dans un établissement lumineux et moderne !

Paros Gem est un établissement design, propre et bien situé à Naoussa. Nous n’avions pas de frigo fonctionnel, mais Vlad nous a rapidement trouvé une solution et nous a déplacés dans un autre appartement. Merci pour cette flexibilité.

Nous n’avons pas vraiment eu d’accueil, ce qui est dommage. À notre arrivée, seule la femme de ménage était présente et elle nous a simplement laissé la clé. Une rencontre personnelle avec le propriétaire aurait été très appréciée. La communication n’était pas des plus simples, sachant que nous échangions uniquement via le chat de Booking.

Appartement convenable mais hôte absent.

Construction récente. Tout est neuf. Propre et situé à 10 minutes du centre de Naoussa

Avant notre arrivée nous avions demandé un Check in d’une 1 h30 plus tôt et nous avions reçu une réponse positive de la personne en charge. À notre arrivée, il n’y avait personne pour nous accueilli. Nous avions quelques minutes plus tôt tenté de communiquer avec eux pour l’itinéraire et aucune réponse de leur part. Nous avons trouvé un employé qui s’occupe des spas sur le site et il a tenté de nous aider en faisant quelques téléphones. La dame qui fait le ménage s’est présentée 10 minutes plus tard en ne parlant que grec. Elle nous a lancé la clé et nous a fait comprendre que le logement n’était pas prêt mais que nous pouvions déposer nos valises. En bref, mauvaise communication avec l’hôte. Ensuite pour ce qui est du logement, il était conforme sauf qu’il manquait d’équipement de base pour faire la cuisine.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt.

Naoussa und die Busstation ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist gross und gut eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Nadia war sehr gut und unkompliziert. Sie hat uns das Mietauto organisiert. Das Mietauto kann vor dem Haus parkiert werden.

Hinter dem Haus sieht man auf eine Garage mit viel Gerümpel.
