Christos (the owner) was incredibly helpful and willing offering information. The view from the balcony was also amazing.
The only drawback was that the living room had no AC and it was a bit hot. But the bedroom was fine.

The view and proximity to town/beach is unrivalled - amazing to have a quiet beach less than 50m away!
The owner is also super kind and helpful.
Didn’t always have hot water. Beds were very hard for what we are used to.

Location is perfect
You get what you pay for as a budget hotel comparatively but for the price it’s genuinely very good bang for buck! I guess some people may not like the older facilities but we enjoyed it for our last day in Paros

Bathroom and kitchen from 80', shower leaking, no table for 4 person to enjoy at the terace
