    What a great place! Beautifully styled, with little snack provided. The team are very welcoming and friendly. Second time here and it didn’t disappoint

    Great central location, is slightly noisy due to being above a nightclub/bar. Very clean and comfy safe. Only complaint was issues with the flat being too hot and both needing to use a fan on each side of the room due to being too hot to sleep. Lovely staff

    The facilities are old, except for some floors that have been renovated. Even there, things are not thought through. You get one spoon, 1 fourth, 1 of each utensils per person. It feels like camping but the staff is very nice and professional so they gave us more. In the UK, no teapot!!! In a room costing more than *** per night, no coffee maker either, only in the more expensive rooms! The description said there was a washer and dryer in the room: there is not. It is all in a sad basement. The hotel is on a budget and it shows. They clean rooms only once a week!!! Even umbrellas are for rent. I stayed at *** in other places and it is a whole different game. In Asia, it is upscale. In Glasgow, it is at the level of a mediocre 3 star hotel. Our first room was really disgusting: stains on the walls, looking old and tired. The only thing that saves this place is the staff: they do their best to accommodate clients despite rhe lack of means and the bad decisions of the upper management.

    The room so spacious and big with all the facilities but very disappointed with room service , they didn’t come and clean unless we ask , 4 night I stayed and only 1 day they cleaned and was very very bad service , rubbish was not taken out , carpet was not vacuumed.
