Lovely hotel, large, comfortable room and great staff. Everything we needed was available in the room, and it was close to the city centre and the central station.
There was a delay on our room service arriving on the night - it was understandable given everyone arrived back from a concert at the same time but we would have appreciated a phone call to say this instead of having to ring the team to see what was happening.

Great location and comfortable room
Having to pay a deposit when it had already been settled in full and then the long wait for this to be returned. Feel it could have been faster like other businesses.
