The Address Wren

Signature king-size room lovely with three large windows overlooking central station glass roof. No road noises and very quiet at night. Station closes at midnight. Comfy bed and nice shower room. Good staff. Clean. Linen and towels very nice. Continental breakfast included though not clear when booked. Efficient lift from either Union Street or within Central Station near First Class Lounge.

Standard double very small so asked for upgrade to Signature which was agreed. Wish room had a kettle etc. Some hooks in bathroom would be useful for towels.

Couldn’t have got any closer to the railway station. Very comfortable beds.

Very difficult to access and no air conditioning. Windows need an extra layer of soundproofing.

This is a hidden gem. Our room was very comfortable with everything we needed. It was located close to the event we were attending. The room was clean, and was well thought out ergonomically. However, the most outstanding quality was the staff; they were all so helpful and friendly. I’d like to give a particular shout out to Darcie, who went over and above to make our stay enjoyable. We would both stay here again, and look forward to making a new booking in the future.

My only suggestion would be to add a couple of coat hooks beside the full length mirror. This section of wall isn’t used, and hanging coats here would be convenient and out of the way. Other than that, I couldn’t fault the hotel.
