Was a bit noisy during my stay from guest rooms around me apart from that and the lift is still out of order.

Enjoyed our stay at the Artto. Room was small but adequate,everything was clean,beds comfortable. Only downside was the lift being out of order. Would stay here again as super handy for central station and to get into the city. Recommended. Restaurant next door is good too and very easy to get to from the hotel bar which unlike some is not overpriced.

Room was clean & check in was prompt & male staff member was very pleasant & welcoming
The lift was broken & was advised in advance
At reception on check in I asked for my case to be carried up to floor 2 which was done happily for me
