Brilliant location, friendly helpful staff and great value
Our room had a bed and a sofa bed. Once extended the length of sofa bed was a good bit longer than the bed and almost reached the opp wall .
It meant that coming from the bed to the toilet or bedroom door was a tight squeeze to get through narrow gap between sofa bed and wall .
I did think perhaps swapping the beds round might alleviate the issue as the gap between bed and wall was much more comfortable to manage.

Good spacious room had everything we required
Only negative point was a line of watermarks on the ceiling that could have been addressed but this never spoiled our stay
Someone had a dog staying that did bark a bit

Breakfast was fair, location was good.
I had to ask for more tea, milk, etc each day. A lift stopped working on Saturday and there was no attempt to fix it. It could take 6 mins to get up in the lift with only one available.
