We liked the location being near everything, especially the transportation. We liked having free breakfast, although the eggs were terrible and the coffee was instant.
The one elevator was broken during our whole stay, and the other elevator was broken most of the time and so we had to use the stairs up and down to the fourth floor.

breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold items, staff were friendly.
Nice bar area in reception area. close to town centre but also very quiet.

Breakfast was fair, location was good.
I had to ask for more tea, milk, etc each day. A lift stopped working on Saturday and there was no attempt to fix it. It could take 6 mins to get up in the lift with only one available.
