Novotel Glasgow Centre

Honestly, everything was perfect! Our room is 611, not facing the main road which is good to me (see attached photo). The hotel was spotlessly clean, spacious, affordable, and had everything we needed. The room came with a good-sized fridge, which was really convenient for our family. I also loved that the bathroom and toilet were separate—it made getting ready so much easier. There were plenty of tissues provided, and the room had both a fan and a heater. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable—we had such a good night’s sleep. The location was excellent too, just a short walk to Buchanan Street and Glasgow Bus Station. They even had a small play area in the lobby, which was great for kids. There are honestly so many good things to say about this hotel!

The only minor downside was the noise from outside at night, which meant we had to keep the windows closed. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I’d happily stay here again.

The reception area looked absolutely lovely Staff accommodated my specific request for a room with a bath. Explained whole process and recommended places to go to drink if wanted to

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location is excellent, with easy access to the city centre, restaurants, and public transport. The hotel offers good value for money, and the overall stay was pleasant.

The lifts are very small and can get crowded, especially for families with luggage. The rooms are a bit small, and the cleanliness could be improved
