The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and large bathroom.
We stayed for two nights and on the second day our bed wasn’t made, the bin wasn’t emptied, empty bottle weren’t cleared and dirty glasses were left on table. We expected much better service given the price we paid for the room. And indeed in previous Dakota stays (elsewhere) we have enjoyed much better service. The staff at breakfast seemed uninterested in customers which could come across as being rude. They seemed to be more concerned with complaining about their employer (in earshot of customers-poor) than making sure their customers were happy.
