Great location, right by the sea front. Close to some cafes and shops. The cleanliness of the room and property as a whole. Usage of the fridge in the breakfast room. Excellent Wi-Fi. Quiet and peaceful. Comfortable bed.
Nothing really. But if I absolutely have to mention something... I'd say that had I travelled alone instead of with my partner, I might have felt a wee bit uncomfortable/unsafe as there was no staff around. We did get a phone number from the person who checked us in, whom we phoned once regarding the heating and they helped us out straight away. They were very helpful.

I understand that from August this G.H.eill be an express not serving breakfast , I think this would be a mistake the breakfast in the relaxed dining room was a great start to the day.

Lovely location and a great view from the room. perfect for seeing Eastbourne and area. Breakfast was very nice, the scrambled eggs with tomato are excellent.
Pillows a bit flat and could do with refreshing, it would be well worth putting a fan in the room as if there is not a breeze it gets a bit hot
