Very friendly staff. Bedroom and bathroom clean and comfortable. Breakfast choice very good and well cooked. Walking distance from town, pier and promenade.

Excellent b&b, with very friendly staff- and Audrey goes above and beyond! Lovely, cooked to order breakfast. We were lucky with parking, right next door to the accommodation but that can't always be guaranteed... you may have to park a little further away and keep your eye out for on the road spaces nearer to the accommodation becoming free- but you'll only be maybe 50/100 yards away at most
