The owner of this property went out of his way to help us, couldn’t have done better, only started the night due to circumstances however found it very clean comfy , for breakfast there was a very fresh and a very good variety of to choose from. I would definitely recommend this place 😎 💯.
Can’t honestly say there was one thing I didn’t like, maybe a lift but wouldn’t put me off.

The location is perfect, straight forward access to the town centre, across the road from the sea. I got up early to watch a sunrise. I felt very safe. The welcome is friendly. I liked Nick’s sense of humour. The welcome pack is very comprehensive. The breakfast is copious and very well organised.
Maybe that I had to choose the time when I had to come for breakfast the next morning, although I fully understood the reason behind this.

Staff were very nice and warm. The property's location was excellent, situated a stones throw away from the beach and a 15 minute walk into the main town
The beds were extremely uncomfortable. My bed springs were completely gone, to the point that I sunk into the middle of the mattress. There were no fans in the room, despite it being 30 degree weather. The cooked breakfast was not very good (mainly the eggs) and some of the showers had very little pressure. For the price we paid, we would have expected much more
