Had a lovely stay during the tennis at Eastbourne. The staff were exceptional, friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast was excellent and it was a nice touch to top up water bottles each day. It was great to be able to park on site and even if you couldn’t park in one of the spaces provided you could fairly easily find a space close by. Much better and easier than some places we have stayed at a bit closer to Devonshire park. We had one of the rooms on the front with a balcony and even during the hot spell the room didn’t feel too hot due to being able to open the patio door and not having the sun during the day. Being close to the sea for a quick dip was perfect.
Nothing!!! Initially I was concerned that we would hear road noise as we were on the front and I have exceptional hearing but the road quietened down at night, the B&B was quiet, and the local area didn’t invite noise so for me what initially was a worry wasn’t a problem at all. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the tennis.

The location was perfect, right next to the beach. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice.
