It had everything we look for in a hotel, Audrey the owner was amazing and could not do another for her guests such as giving away bottles of water every day, and chatting to all of her guests throughout the day, the breakfast was amazing and totally Gluten and Dairy free my omelette was amazing and totally fresh and made to order. Audrey made us feel part of the family. I would certainly highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in Eastbourne. We will certainly return next year. Audrey and her staff deserve the highest praise for the effort and hard work they put in to ensure there guests come first 🙏🙏
