About this apartment rental
Our villa is located at the entrance to Petrovac by the mountain Pashtrovichi, named after an ancient family that lived there for centuries. The descendants of the Pashtrovichi family are now our neighbours. Our villa is located at the intersection of two ley lines that connect two Orthodox monasteries and two 14th century churches, giving the place a special energy. Montengro is famous for its churches and monastries, from the Byzantine period until the modern day, and four of them are located within walking distance of the house.
Our villa consists of seven apartments and is designed to welcome both groups of visitors as well as individual guests. There is a 100sqm ground floor patio and a 50sqm common terrace on the second floor.
All apartments offer a beautiful view of Lučice bay, and the Katic and Holy Sunday islands
This modern, spacious (42 sq m) apartment consists of one bedroom with a large double bed, and a living room and kitchen. The living room has 2 canape-beds that can accommodate up to 4 guests. It gives access on a big common terrasse with sea view.
Lucice beach is 10 minutes walk down. It's great for those that love exercise, but you can also drive down. The villa offers free parking space, wi-fi and you can send us a request to book home made food for breakfast and dinner. We highly recommend you to have a car to be able to drive around - we are located just outside Petrovac, and although you can walk down to to the town, it is easier to discover the country by driving.
