Absolutely stunning apartment!

One of the things that truly set this apartment apart is the exceptional attention to detail in maintaining everything. Everything feels brand new, which created such a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The apartment itself is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more, from fully equipped kitchenette, washing machine and dishwasher to amenities like a safety deposit box and a Lavazza coffee machine. And let's not forget the hidden gem of the olive garden in the back. This lush oasis provided the perfect escape from the heat during the day and a peaceful haven for unwinding in the evenings. The bedroom is not only spacious but exceptionally comfortable, and the living room is even more expansive, providing ample space to relax and make yourself at home. The apartment was spotless – a testament to the care that the owners put into ensuring the highest standards for their guests. The location is also excellent, just a leisurely walk to both the Lucica beach and the city center. Also, Wi-Fi was with excellent quality. All in all, my stay in this apartment was an excellent experience. If you're looking for a place that combines unbeatable location, top-notch amenities, and a level of quality that's truly rare, then look no further. This is property is a well appointed, beautifully decorated delight. It’s conveniently located within safe walking distance to one of the most beautiful small beaches (Plaza Lucica) and charming town of Petrovac. The host family is lovely, welcoming and wealth of helpful dining and sightseeing recommendations.

Apartment is a 2nd floor of private house located in peaceful quite greeny area. It was very spacious with good design inside. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything I needed. It had its own balcony and a nice garden where it was nice to spend time. Both rooms had a/c. Great host Sasha was kind and friendly. He was ready to help with any problem or question. Highly recommend this location. It is 10-15 minutes from the beach and promenade. If you enjoy walking there are several beautiful hiking trails and 4 more beaches around.

Excellent place to have a vacation in Petrovac

We were very satisfied with this accommodation. It is hard to imagine a better place for vacation in the city of Petrovac. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful residential area, but beaches, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, etc are very near. There is a good parking space in the yard, which was important to us. The apartment itself is very nice and comfy. It has literally everything you need. You can relax in the balcony or in beautifully designed backyard. The host is nice and friendly person, helping whenever needed (host's family is living downstairs).

We were more than happy with a very comfortable, spacious appartement, which was perfectly clean and generously equipped with everything one can need, even during a longer stay. The house is situated in a very quiet street, in a walking distance from the Lučica beach and the Petrovac beach boulevard. The appartement has a big balcony with a nice view to the palms and green forrest. We highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for comfort and relaxation.

It was awesome. The best apartment I have stayed in for the whole time, and I have had an experience in 4 different apartments in 4 different cities in MNE so I can compare. But Palm Point is like a small palace :) it is big enough, I'd even say - huge - very light, clean and has everything its needed, even a potato masher and mosquito nets on windows, which is quite a rare thing, one has to have a hard time finding an apartment with all that stuff. It is beautiful inside, with many nice decoration things, pictures, pleasant colours, comfortable balcony and big hallway. The location of PM aprt is fabulous, a great beautiful back yard is very nice and a great plus for any place, 2 good beaches are close, a supermarket and open food market, bus station - everything is close, plus palms, flowers are everywhere here all around the apartment so it was an eye-joy indeed! The owner Natasa is getting my respect for her attitude towards guests, willingness and readiness to help and organization of guests' staying. She is always in touch and is ready to help you with everything you need. Keep on ;) I'd for sure recommend Palm Point apartment for both long-and-short staying and I'd definitely get back to this place when its needed.

Good Place with good Experience

Very spacious apartment. Good kitchen facilities. Balcony and access to the garden. Sympathetic owners who are happy to help. The Place on the Village Corner was great because the smaller Beach is near by. Private Parking. Palms in front of the Balcony. Furniture on the Balcony and the Balcony have a good size. The Village is small without stress. Very nice view from the Beach if you look into the cliffs and rocks to the right to the left side. For us it is one of the Best Apartments in this Area. We are happy to see it again.

Probably the best place of the south of Montenegro!

Petrovac is the best place to stay for couple of weeks to have a great vacation. And The Palm point apartment is definitely the best place to say in Petrovac. Big, wide, clean apartment. There is a big garden on the backyard where you can have relax after beach. By the way. There are two beaches which are very close to the apartment. Natasa is a great hostess. Showed and told us everything about apartment we needed to know. Welcoming cake from her birthday was fantastic. Thank you so much and definitely will come again.

Very tasteful, well-equipped and spacious apartment! There was a sunny balcony, washing machine, hot water, TV, etc. - perfect. The hostess was very nice, took care of everything immediately and also provided me with delicious cakes! :-) I can absolutely recommend this place to stay - the best I've had during my 4 week trip.

The best accommodation in Petrovac.

Very hospitable host who did everything to make us more comfortable - even brought us some delicious food (many thanks to Nataša and her mother-in-law). Great location, close to two beaches but peaceful. Lovely garden with olive trees and comfortable swing seats. New, clean and comfortable interior, with all amenities.

Magnificent holiday apartments

This Villa is just a great place! Everything you need to relax nearby, Luchica-the most picturesque beach with sun beds and good cafes in 5-10 min walk, shop (VOLI) - 5 min, restaurant (POD LAZOM) with low prices and large portions-5 min. This part of the city is very quiet and comfortable, for a vacation. There were three adults and a child. There was enough space for everyone and it was spacious. A large bright bedroom and a huge living room, with a fully equipped small kitchen (there is also a dishwasher). In the living room there is a folding sofa, comfortable and roomy. In the garden it was convenient to have breakfast, dinner and admire its beauty, age-old olives. The garden has a slide and trampoline, this is a good activities for children. The terrace is comfortable to sit on when the weather is windy, it is surrounded by palm trees. It is convenient to watch the sunset from it. There is a parking space in the yard, no need to look for a place to park your car. The Villa is clean, bright and comfortable. Underwear was changed regularly. The bathroom is large and there is a washing machine. I would also like to thank the owners of the apartments Natasa and Alexander. Nice people in all respects, ready to help in any matter from a ride somewhere to bring fish from a neighboring city. They helped us find a rental car and prepare a delicious dinner. Thank You. This was our best vacation in Montenegro. We want to come back here again.

Уютные и просторные апартаменты, расположенные на 2-м этаже дома и оснащенные всем необходимым: кондиционер, обогреватели, стиральная машина, посудомойка, плита, духовка, кофеварка, посуда, большой комплект полотенец. Есть балкон, где можно расположиться на креслах и диване. Также имеется парковка для гостей, что немаловажно для Петроваца с его узкими улочками. В саду внутреннего двора, куда можно выйти прямо из кухни, растут мандариновые деревья, хурма и яблони. В шаговой доступности отличный пляж Lucice и набережная Петроваца. Любезная и предупредительная хозяйка Natasha, которая живет со своей приветливой и доброжелательной семьей на 1-м этаже этого же дома. Рекомендую эти апартаменты.

Świetny apartament, przyjazna właścicielka

Apartament to całe piętro w luksusowej willi na cichej bocznej uliczce. Na terenie posesji bezpłatne miejsce do parkowania. Jest stąd 200 metrów do supermarketu VOLI i pięknej plaży Lucice, skąd dalej ścieżką spacerową można dojść już dłuższym spacerem przez górkę do następnej bardzo ładnej i niezatłoczonej plaży Buljarica. Sam apartament ma wszystko czego potrzebujesz, jest przestronny, nienagannie czysty i bardzo przytulny. WIFI bardzo dobre. Duża klimatyzowana sypialnia z wygodnym podwójnym łóżkiem i 2 ogromnymi szafami z drzwiami przesuwnymi. Pokój dzienny także obszerny ze stołem jadalnianym oraz częścią wypoczynkową. Pomieszczenia posiadają klimatyzację. Meble i wyposażenie są najwyższej jakości i widać tu dobry gust właścicielki, można się poczuć jak w domu. Kuchnia jest świetnie wyposażona, ekspres do kawy, kuchenka mikrofalowa, zmywarka, lodówka, dużo garnków i naczyń, w łazience pralka. W szafkach kawa, herbata do dyspozycji gości. Od frontu duży balkon a na nim ogrodowy zestaw wypoczynkowy i stolik, jest nawet sejf na kosztowności. Przed balkonem rosną 2 palmy dające cień. Z kuchni wyjście do ogrodu, gdzie także jest miejsce na grilla i do spożywania posiłków. Ogród to gaj oliwny, wieczorem bardzo ładnie oświetlony. Właścicielka pani Natasha jest przemiłą, bardzo kulturalną osobą, stara się jak najlepiej dogodzić swoim gościom. Ponieważ jest przewodniczką turystyczną jest w stanie udzielić w tym zakresie porad i skorzystać ze swoich prywatnych znajomości. Niezwłocznie reaguje na prośby gości, w jej apartamencie czuliśmy się dopieszczeni. Z powyższych powodów udzielam temu apartamentowi najlepszej możliwej rekomendacji.

Curat, mare, curte in spate, per total ok Exista un magazin in apropiere, parcare in curte. Atentie daca aveti masina joasa este posibil sa nu puteti intra, eu am atins de fiecare data cand a trebuit sa intru/ies. Camerele ok, mai mari decat este necesar.

Distanta fata de plaja nu e cât scrie in descriere ci de 2-3 ori mai mult ~750m - 10 minute de mers lejer pana la intrarea pe plaja Lucice Lipsa cosmetice la baie, gel dus si șampon, lucru rusinos pentru acest tarif. Fum de tigara pe balcon seara venea de la parter asa ca nu te puteai bucura de aer curat. Unul din palmierii din fata este uscat asa ca peisajul nu este acelasi cu cel din fotografii. Desi am selectat numarul corect de persoane si copii nu era pregatit un pat pentru toti membri familiei si nu ni s-a prezentat modul cum putem desface canapeaua si unde gasim asternuturi Am primit cheia de la un membru al familiei iar dupa aproximativ o ora cand proprietara a ajuns a intrat direct in apartament desi eram la masa si a solicitat plata. Pentru intregistrarea obligatorie ca si turisti a trebuit sa solicitam noi acest lucru desi era achitat in tariful booking. Am fost agasat de gazda prin mesaje ofensatoare dupa ce am scris review deci mare grija, proprietarii locuiesc in aceeasi cladire la parter.

Очень приятные воспоминания!

Роскошная трехэтажная вилла. На первом этаже живут хозяева, наш номер занимал второй этаж. Номер состоит из коридора, спальни, просторной гостиной, кухни, санузла, кладовой с сейфом и балкона. Есть выход в сад. Места много, качественная оригинальная отделка, хорошая мебель, многочисленные красивые предметы декора. Удобные кровать и диван. На кухне все необходимое, хорошая посуда, есть посудомоечная машина. Есть и стирмашина. Уютное место для отдыха на балконе с видом на пальмы. Вилла с большим задним двором, в котором много старых оливковых деревьев, места для отдыха и вообще весьма красиво. Вилла расположена на окраине Петроваца ближе к пляжу Лучице. До супермаркета 200 метров, чуть дальше - городской ресторан (не очень понравился). До пляжа 7 минут ходьбы мимо апартаментов Реноме, детской площадки. Пляж Лучице считается одним из лучших на Ривьере – чистое море, мелкая галька. Я предпочитал пользоваться коралло-выми тапочками, подавляющее большинство обходилось без них. Камней на входе в воду нет, можно доплыть до небольшого грота. Водных развлечений мало, САПы есть. В авгу-сте 2025 г. пара лежаков с 2 зонтами стоили 30 EUR, есть бесплатная зона. Был высокий сезон, народу на море было порядочно, но места всегда хватало. Около входа на пляж ре-сторан Pinus Maritimum, там очень вкусная пицца, готовит ее свекровь хозяйки). Около пляжа есть и другие рестораны. До пляжа Петроваца и в городской центр прогуляться тоже совсем недалеко. Хозяйка Наташа была предельно доброжелательной, предлагала многочисленные угощения мгновенно отзывалась на наши просьбы, давала советы по отдыху и просто ин-тересно общалась с нами на хорошем английском. Наташины дети тоже помогали нам с разными мелочами, мы купили их поделки (сувенирные свечи). Интересная экскурсия из данной локации – прогулка на лодке по Скадарскому озе-ру. Красиво, виды, птицы, общительный лодочник. Мы были на автомобиле и свободно путешествовали и по другим достопримечательностям.
