The advantage of this apartment is its location as it is only 700 m away from Rafailovici fisherman village and the Rafailovici beach, where you can spend the summer. Also the advantage of this apartment is Sumepermarket "IDEA" which is located on the ground floor of the building. This Supermarket also contains a butcher and bakery.
