Lovely loft near Barcelona center

Super położenie, w miarę blisko do Plaza Catalunya, Plaza Espanya, Barcelloneta. Fajnie urządzone mieszkanko! Przy samym obiekcie mała przyjazna knajpka, nie na śniadanie bo później otwierana. Blisko sklep. W obiekcie wszystko co niezbędne jest dostępne.

Nice central location

Unfortunately the elevator of the building was broken during our stay

The location and the Parca (square) outside, easy access to the metro system, decent food nearby. The apartment was excellent and nicely furnished. At night it was quiet, yet the square was buzzing with life during the evening, so a great combination. Best of all was Xavier, our bags went misisng from the airline, mine for 2 days and my partners for the whole trip! due to being an apartment, we didn't want to wait in for the supposed delivery of the bags from the courier (which never happened anyway), and Xavier came up with a solution so we could still get out and about during our vaction trip. Xavier was most helpful, there were countless messages between us, him and the couriers, and he was a life saver. The Wifi was very good. The Ac is good as well. The shower room is lovely. I rented a car and had access to a private underground car nearby (for a small fee and much cheaper than the local car parks) from Xavier which was very useful as there is zero chance of parking anywhere in Barca on most days. Xavier, thank for going beyond your duties as a host.

I struggled to link up to the TV which had a weird remote, with a touch sensitive pad but eventually I managed (maybe my age!) The overhead fan bearings are worn out and it needs swapping out.

Owner is very kind and helpful thank you.

The reception staff only speak Spanish. Difficult to have enough explanation. Noisy at night and surrounding are not nice to walk.
