Charming hotel with a lovely relaxed vibe.

Fantastic place. Lovely family run hotel. Very clean. Breakfast lovely. Staff friendly and helpful with trips, scooter hire, taxis and local knowledge. Close to the small resort centre about 400 meter walk. Opposite a small beach area and a lovely view from our balcony.

Some guests complained about the road noise at night but it did not bother us. Book a room at the rear of the property if this is an issue for you.

Very friendly, welcoming and service minded family. The bed was very comfortable, and the you can tell, that they want to provide a pleasant stay for their guests. Breakfast was good with a lot of options and good coffee.

The staff were really nice

I really wish I had read individual reviews before booking this instead of trusting the overall score. If I had done that I would have known that the reality is a far cry from what is promoted. On Google Maps it says that this is a four-star hotel - alas, that could not be farther from the truth. This establishment is located directly on a busy street - in fact they provide you with earbuds... - does not have a real reception and is basically nearer to a two star than anything else. Had a miserable stay and cannot recommend at all.

The rooms were as expected, but the hostility was so weak, that we got dissappointed.

Their service is bad. The host just meets you during check-in. Later he does not appear even when we call him. Accts like we do not exist.

We felt like we were staying with friends!

The entire stay at Mukrada was very nice! The staff is a welcoming family and very attentive to the needs of tourists. The breakfast was tasty and generous. Right across the road is the sea with clean water, very few stones, where we could swim without protective slippers. It was a pleasant stay for our family!

Something needs to be done about the water pump which makes loud vibrating noises. If it were moved outside the hotel it would be perfect. I used earplugs but they were not comfortable.

A true hidden gem of Krabi.

Good breakfast, private quiet rooms (if facing away from road), friendly staff, great decor. In a hypothetical future where one abandoned modern life to decorate and run a family home bread and breakfast somewhere tropical, it'd be this boutique hotel.

The room facing the street was noisier from traffic (I'm very sensitive to it), but I swapped rooms the next night, and it was very quiet. The closest walkable things are 10 minutes, which is quick, but you aren't "instantly" on a street like in Ao Nang.

Perfect quiet beach destination, lovely staff, extra touches in rooms - loved it!

Lovely staff who were caring and attentive, lovely clean rooms with added extras such as beach bags. Laundry service available. Excellent choice of breakfast. Great, quiet location just a short walk on the beach from the local bars and restaurants. Would recommend and stay here again.

Nice boutique hotel.

Upgraded to a sea view room, on the street but it's in a quiet location, so you can only hear the sound of the sea, plenty of soft drinks, water and snacks that were free to your room, decent enough breakfast, choice of eggs and Pad Thai or rice dishes, help yourself to toast, coffee and other snacks, they provide a beach bag with towels & flip flops to take to the beach, nice touch.

The only downside, not that major though, is it's about 12 minute drive by taxi to Ao Nang, taxi costing 148 baht, so hardy a lot,

Simple and sweet

Very clean, spacious, cosy, hardly much noise when compared to staying at AoNang. Plus point was the stay included halal breakfast and some food are made to order e.g. omelette, pad thai, fried rice

The room and balcony were lovely. It is a very spacious room and bathroom, everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good and we rented a scooter from the owners.

Staff was sometimes difficult to find even though they had a bell when no one was at the reception, but it didn't seem to work. We were told the breakfast times, but got confused and missed it one morning so a reminder in the room would be helpful.

Awesome friendly, warm, genuine & kind family run hotel. Super accomodating & welcoming & helpful. Tastefully & comfortably furnished with flair. Wonderful location across the road from a quiet beach. Hidden gem

Lovely decorated and very clean. Well taken care of. Comfortable balcony. Good variety at breakfast. And supersweet staff everywhere. Also nice that beach chairs are provided. Beach very nice at high tide.

Noisy traffic meters away from room/ balcony. Hotel placed in the outskirts of Klong Muang. Finding tuk-tuk was sometimes difficult. Scooter is a must to get the most out of this place.

Perfect stay!

Comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated room. Very nice staff. A lot of little attentions: lounge chairs available on the beach, just across the streets, beach bags with beach towels provided, free bottled water everyday. Plentiful and delicious breakfast with a lot of choices (one of the best I have seen).

Water wasn’t always hot in the shower but that’s a very minor point.

A gem of a place.

It was a friendly place, clean and comfortable. The rooms were well equipped and nice. The bed was comfortable and we slept very well. We requested a quiet room and had a room facing the rear of the property and it was lovely and quiet. I would recommend this place!

It was disappointing that the beach directly across the road from the hotel is not well kept, it’s not clean. The staff from the hotel try to keep an area clean for hotel guests which is a lovely touch but generally you have to walk along the beach to find a nice spot for sunbathing and swimming. But this is no reflection on the hotel at all. They could not have been more accommodating and helpful.

Absolutely wonderful!

This hotel was slightly out of town so nice quieter area with a short walk to some wonderful beach bars and restaurants. I had a beach facing room and it was just wonderful to look out onto the sea in the morning from my balcony. The hotel was spotlessly clean, not an ant in sight! Very tastefully decorated and lots of soft furnishings giving it a real cosy feel. The tiny details such as a beach bag with flip flops and beach towels to use instead of your own, vanity kits in the bathroom and cushioned seating on the balcony. Staff were so friendly and the breakfast was a wonderful yet simple array of cereal, Thai style breakfast and continental, with choice of eggs freshly cooked. Staff so helpful they arranged a taxi for me for when I checked out and my room was serviced wonderfully too. I would recommend to everyone!

The hotel is on a main road which they've acknowledged because they have a small sign and provided ear plugs so to me that's fair enough and not a problem. The only other thing is because it's so light and airy in the building it's quite echoey so if someone else talks loud or has a crying child, or slams a door it sounds like you can hear it anywhere, however this was probably just my noisy neighbours but overall I DID sleep very well because it was so cosy, so I would not discourage people from staying here because the pros outweighs the cons.

Its a very nice place. The owner is awesome. Everything is very clean and beautifully made down to the last detail. Scooter rent is available directly at the hotel. Also boat-trips can be booked and started from the hotel. The breakfast is very delicious. Internet via wifi works perfectly. We can recommend it, especially for couples !
