    This shameful piece of building is a scam when you can get better options in 3 star hotels at better prices. I did the mistake of booking this hotel cause of the view, but it was not worth it. We booked it for 4 days but left after 2 days since when we came back to the hotel after roaming around in Ao nang late at night, we were welcomed by ants on the bed and in the dust bin. It was 1:30 am and we tried contacting the staff/owner via whatsapp since there is no one at the reception, no body responded while all we wanted was a fresh pair of sheets. We had to knock of several staff room’s doors but to no avail, finally we had to use our towels to sleep on the floor at night. When we confronted the owners in the morning, the wife was rude and honestly she should not be working in hospitality business. They clearly said that they heard us calling them at night but intentionally did not help us, and asked if we had food in rooms. What kind of question is that, of course people will have packed food in their rooms, no hotel in this world would give that excuse for ants in the room. We left the hotel that day itself and according to the sad excuse of human being that the wife is: we were demanding since we asked for extra towel( which they did not provide and asked us to buy a towel from them instead), and they also ask you to buy toothbrush and toothpaste from them if you dare to ask for toiletries. The positive reviews that you see about this hotel on google are mostly them arranging the island boat trips and not stays, so be careful. Do not overpay for such dirty hotel when you can get much better hotel like Ao Nang Sunset Hotel for better price with all necessary facilities. This hotel is surviving on commission given by boat operators and by them adversing themselves as “Halal” to attract people of specific community when they do not even have any “halal” specific facilities. What a joke of a family business, again DO NOT FALL FOR THE LOCATION LIKE I DID. You will find much better hotels at Ao nang for much better price.
