The breakfast offers a nice variarty, including all basics and also traditional Bulgarian options like banitsa, mekitsi, etc. The view towards Plovdiv is very nice!

The cleaning personnel should pay more attention to dust and cobwebs, especially in the corners; seems a bit superficial work from their side. The swimming pools outside could be a bit warmer.

The location is great, also the facilities and staff.

The only bad thing was the food in the restaurant, the quality of ingredients to be more precise. The breakfast was pretty good actually.

Very beautiful exterior and interior design, everything seems to be selected with good taste, the rooms were clean and comfortable and you have all that you need inside. The restaurant at lunch time doesnt offer much choice, but the breakfast and dinner were very good and delicious.

The road in the village is good but the moment you make the turn towards the hotel it is just mud and water holes, not sure why they haven't invested in fixing that as it gives the hotel a very cheap look right at the beginning. Seems many other amenities were in construction as well but this is not mentioned anywhere and I'm sure prices have not been amended for that. Examples include the fitness - not working at all and half of the "jacuzzi pool" was covered and unusable. The "swimming pool" was extremely cold and couldn't be used. The spa was limited, there's only a steam room, a salt room and a herb room. Only the steam room was hot, the salt room was a bit weird and slightly warm while the herb room was outright cold. This is the first spa I've visited that doesn't offer free water, they make you buy expensive bottles of "White" water, which brings me to my other point - you can only buy this expensive water in the hotel and we couldn't find a nearby shop while we were thirsty later in the night. The only negative regarding the rooms is that we didnt have hot water after the spa. This is probably a common issue they have at the time the spa closes as everybody is taking showers. In the morning there was hot water. Overall I think the hotel haa great potential but at it's current rate, prices should be cut in half.
