About this apartment rental
A 1 bedroom 1 bathroom Gulf Front condo located on the 2nd floor of our Grand Tower Building. Views of the Gulf of Mexico can be seen from the bedroom and living room; perfect for watching evening sunsets! Our one bedroom unit sleeps 4 people max to comply with the Sarasota County fire code. The master bedroom is furnished with 1 king size bed, as well as a twin size sofa bed in the bedroom sitting area, with a 48" flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with a built-in bench. There is additional sleeping on the queen sofa bed in the living room for guest use. The living room has a 48" flat screen TV with HD service. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and is supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking (pots/pans, dishes, utensils) and a 12 cup Mr. Coffee standard coffee maker, as well as a Keurig machine. The condo is fully tiled throughout and is beautifully furnished with a glass enclosed balcony and the most spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The view was amazing the condo was wonderful if I had to nitpick something the only thing would be the outdoor furniture needs to be replaced but otherwise I’ll be booking again I really enjoyed my stay.

The view was amazing and we loved walking out the door onto the beach. The pool and hot tub that faced the intercoastal water was very pleasant as well. We loved seeing pelicans fly by.

Nice room. Mattress had a soft spot on left side. No paper towels were in the room. Check in information should be sent earlier to allow better planning of arrival time. Check in was 4:00 but office was only open until 5.

Balcony views were great. Construction next door made it hard to enjoy the room at all during the day. Resort pool was not located conveniently.
