Unit 42- 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium | This fully remodeled beautifully furnished 1 bedroom 1 bathroom Gulf front condo is located on the 4th floor of our Grand Tower Building. Views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico make it perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The master bedroom is furnished with 1 king size bed. There is additional sleeping on the queen-size sofa bed in the living room for guests? use. The Living Room has a sofa and a recliner chair and a 48" flat screen TV with HD service. The master bedroom also has a 42? TV for your enjoyment. The bathroom has a gorgeous tiled shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and is supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and a Keurig. The condo has tile throughout with two area rugs. It is beautifully furnished with an open balcony and the most spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Property and condo location was perfect. However once inside condo the amenities were none. Ice maker never worked, One set of towels for whole week & that includes one small beach towel. Lumpy bed. No internet. No salt or Pepper. No soap. Pots n Pans were overused and coating coming off pans. Very disappointing for the price paid. Felt cheapish but marketed as luxurious.
