The guest must pay the Condo the Cleaning fee of $ 125, plus a 7% state tax. There’s a semi-pro digital piano with wooden keys, in case you or your kids enjoy playing the piano.

The condo unit was great with everything you would need and host was super responsive. We were expecting a beach view, but there is not. But the beach is just a couple minutes walk and among the most beautiful we have seen with the expansive white sand and amazing sunsets.

Our host Diego was incredibly responsive. He reached out long before our stay to share information about the unit, the complex where the unit was located, and Siesta Key itself. He responded very quickly to any questions we had, both before and during our stay. Truly one of the best VRBO hosts with whom I've interacted.The unit was beautifully decorated and very comfortable to stay in. While we did very little cooking, the kitchen was well stocked and would work very well for those who like to cook while away from home.

Really enjoyed our time at this property. The beach was the most spacious I have seen, pools and tennis courts never crowded and water was clear and beautiful. It was really convenient to have the beach chairs available and also enjoyed the beachfront grills at sunset. The condo itself was very well equipped and suited our family of 5 really well for a fall break getaway. Thanks for a great stay!

We had such a great time celebrating our daughter’s 13 th birthday. Great location, beautiful and clean beach. Diego was super responsive and attentive. 10/10 stars!
