Unit 43- 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium | This beautiful two bedroom two bathroom Gulf front view condo requires a seven night stay, no exceptions. It is located on the 4th floor of our Grand Tower Building. Views of the Gulf of Mexico make it perfect for watching evening sunsets! The living room has comfortable furnishings with a 39 inch flat tv with Dtv streaming service and Wifi internet. The master bedroom has beautiful furniture with a king bed and a 32 inch flat screen TV with Dtv steaming service and Wifi internet. The guest bedroom has two queen beds with also a 32 inch flat screen TV with Dtv streaming service and Wifi internet for your enjoyment. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six persons. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen has Formica counter tops and is fully equipped with all the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffeemaker. The condo has carpeting in both bedrooms and living room area, while the rest of the unit is tile. The open balcony will allow you to enjoy the lovely coastal breezes. Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
